Their noise compliance is until 11 pm. Was there for Volleyball Nationals and we needed good sleep. Specially my daughter. I had to call every night to have security come to tell the people above us to stop slamming doors , bouncing a ball , dragging furniture. Couple times until after 12 am. Then we got Locked out of our room and I was on the phone for 30 min. No one answered and luckily a security was driving by and I told him and it took a total of over an hour for them to fix the door ( battery ran out ) .
Trash outside elevators everyday.
Pillow cases on extras bag was stained with black ink. They never brought clean ones after I told them. Will not recommend to go here if you are trying to have a good time and rest around polite people that will respect others. To expensive for not including pool access like the lazy river or slide. Just regular pools that were always packed and not enough room for personal space.
