Access to the Clubhouse: Swimming pool, SPA, Games Room (Arcade and Ping Pong) and Gym. To access the club you will have a FOB available at the house.

HOUSEKEEPING
• To ensure a spotless experience, the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental, but mid-stay cleaning can be arranged in advance for an additional fee if needed.

POOL
• The pool heater operates through heat exchange, which may not work effectively in very cold weather. If you choose to heat the pool under these conditions and it doesn’t reach the desired temperature, refunds will not be available.
• For safety, the pool heater may temporarily shut off if the system is overworked during cold weather. This is a normal precaution to prevent damage and will resume functionality automatically.
• Pool heating is optional and subject to availability.
• The pool is equipped with a removable child safety fence, installed before every check-in to provide an additional layer of protection for families traveling with young children. Adult supervision is always required.

The Retreat at Silver Creek is part of the Dream resort, an eco-friendly resort style community located in the heart of the vacation capital of the world, the Four Corners region of greater Orlando, Florida. Nestled on 20 acres of pristine Florida nature, it offers an escape from the everyday.

Please note: The clubhouse and resort amenities may be temporarily closed due to severe weather, heavy rain, unexpected maintenance, or other circumstances beyond our control. Such closures may occur without prior notice and are managed by the resort administration.

Around the condominium there are supermarkets and options of bars and restaurants for all tastes. Near to outlets store.
A car is needed to get around.

This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:

• Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner.
• Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel.
• Laundry: One laundry detergent.
• Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy).

PLEASE NOTE:
The following extra services are available and must be requested at least 48 hours before your check-in date. Here are the details:
• Pool heating: $35 per day with a minimum charge of $175, subject to availability.
• Early check-in from 12 PM or late check-out until 3 PM: Available upon request and subject to operational availability. We’ll confirm the applicable rate for your stay and let you know

Complimentary use of BBQ Grill: The BBQ Grill will be clean and available for your convenience. To use it, you will need to refill the propane cylinder at the nearest retail store or propane refill station.

Florida is a magical place! It offers a perfect weather that attracts millions of tourists. The houses have screens on the windows and pools that prevent the entry of animals.

PARKING
• Park only in your assigned parking space or any available unmarked guest space (first come, first served).
• Never park on the grass, sidewalks, yellow curbs, in front of fire hydrants, or in any area that blocks traffic or another vehicle.
• Parking at the clubhouse is for clubhouse users only. Overnight parking or vehicle storage is not permitted.
• Boats, trailers, RVs and commercial vehicles are not allowed to remain overnight
• Vehicles parked in violation of community rules may be towed immediately without prior notice, at the vehicle owner's expense. If your vehicle has been towed, please contact Car Store Towing at (352) 394-8660 or (407) 656-2624.

TRASH
• Trash collection takes place every Monday and Thursday. Recycling is collected on Mondays only.
• Please place all trash inside the provided containers. Do not overfill the containers, stack trash on top of them, or leave the lids open.
• Do not leave trash bags or any other trash outside the containers or at the curb.

POOL CLEANING
• Pool cleaning at Retreat at Silver Creek houses is conducted weekly on Mondays, but it may be subject to adjustments based on weather conditions. In the event of unfavorable weather, the cleaning may be rescheduled to a different day of the week. Our professional team has access to the pool area without requiring you to open the door, and they will complete the service in approximately one hour, allowing you to enjoy the pool afterward.

CLUBHOUSE
• The pool is open daily from sunrise to sunset. Access outside these hours is not permitted.
• Please follow all clubhouse rules: minors must be accompanied by an adult, smoking and alcoholic beverages are not permitted inside the clubhouse, food and beverages are not permitted in the pool or on the pool ledge, and do not allow anyone else to enter using your key fob.

GENERAL RULES
• Quiet enjoyment: Please be respectful of neighbors and avoid excessive noise at any time.
