Overall the house had plenty of room for our family. The biggest negative was that our car got towed. We were not aware that this community has a strict policy regarding parking in the driveway. They will tow you without warning or notification if you are even an inch into the sidewalk portion of the driveway. There also was a roach in the kitchen that we killed. We also had trouble adjusting the temperature of the showers.

We rented this house for 3 couples for a friends get-away. It was perfect. The 3 bedrooms with their own bath was really nice. We really enjoyed our stay and sitting by the pool each morning.

Quick trip to paradise

Overall the stay was a nice little get away. The house had enough room for our party of 10. The kids had a blast playing billiards and swimming in the pool. We will definitely stay again.

Perfect vacation home

Best sleep I’ve ever had on a vacation. Beds were comfortable. Spacious home. Property was quiet. Close to all the attractions we were interested in. Only suggestion: add hooks in the bathroom to hang up used towels.

Great Location - Terrible Customer Service

My family of 8 stayed in this home for 9 days over spring break in March of 2024. PRO's: - 20-30 min drive to most everything you want to do. - Gated community - have to have guest pass - The home is much larger than the pictures make it look. - Super clean, great linens - Black out curtains in bedrooms - Enclosed screen around pool keeps out bugs - Crock pot in kitchen CONS: - Although the home is large there is only one living room area. Makes it hard to separate kids and adults. - GRILL... ugh! First I couldn't use it. It's locked. What is the $65 grill fee for? I thought it was to make sure the tank was full when you started using it. This is NOT correct. I used the grill twice, and then tank was empty. They told me I was supposed to fill it. - Microwave: it would heat food in increments of 5-8 seconds. We told them this the first day, but they refused to replace it until after we were gone. - pool light out - not fixed very dark at night - A/C turns off if the door to the garage is open. You WANT the door to the garage open because it's like 95 degrees out there! The kids want to play video games and pool, but it's roasting! - game room in hot garage - Master bedroom off the kitchen, and super loud! It has a huge vent that allows all the sounds to go in. The dining/living room is right off the master. - bring your own kitchen bags and dish soap

Beautiful decor/Cleanliness

The home is furniture very nicely. Upon entering the house, it smelled very clean and was very clean. The washer and dryer are outstanding which made it easy to wash and dry the towels as needed. The only suggestion I have is the replacement of the couches in the family room. They appear very wormed. Overall, I would love to stay in this home again.

House was amazing

The house was clean, spacious, close to all attractions. Only thing that would havd been nice to know ahead of time is there is an extra charge to use the BBQ. It has a combination lock on it and code is not provided until payment is made. Walmart is literally around the corner for any groceries and other basics you need. Check in is super simple, but take note it is at exactly 4pm, so if you arrive early you will need to wait.

Vacation rental

Love the house. 5 of my family members were over 65 yrs and having 2 bedrooms on the first floor was just ideal for us. House was cleaned and smelled wonderful. Only thing out of place was the microwave did not work Other than that we hope to have another stay next vacation. loved the location also Thanks

Great location

House was very comfortable. Only complaint we had was that the cable did not work in any of the bedrooms. We did have Roku in the living room. Owners tried very hard to get it fixed. Communication was great between us. Location was very good for what we planned to do. I would recommend this house to anyone needing a lot of bedrooms. Had a nice mini vacation. Thank you

A peaceful place

We enjoyed our stay. The game room was perfect and used alot. We liked the woods that were behind the house, the colorful trees gave it a nice view while we swam in the pool, it was chilly the days we stayed and had paid for pool heating so we recommend that 100%. There are enough plates, mugs and cups to use for a big family. We enjoyed the wide variety of DVDs to watch. Walmart is very close and so is chick-A and other stores. Deffinately recommended for families.

great location

great place to be based for disney etc, property was clean but a bit tired, dining chair bases very worn so uncomfortable, also the games room could do with pool cue tips replacing as there are none. the dartboard had no darts, we bought some and left them at the property, they charge extra to use the barbeque, pool area could do with more lighting, this property is spacious and in a gated area so feels very safe, just think a bit more attention to detail needed.

Beswick vacation 2023

The house was very nice and clean. Was in a gated community and had a club house if wanted to use. Grandkids loved the pool. The rooms were spacious. If I ever comeback to Kissimmee I will try to rent your house again. Everyone enjoy their stay.

Not well maintained

Check in was good and house was clean. The house is VERY dark inside and there were numerous light bulbs out in the kitchen. The oven didn’t work. Maintenance came but wasn’t able to get the part to repair it. Dryer stopped working. We rented the house so that we wouldn’t have to eat out everyday but that is what we ended up doing because of the oven. I also had to set up a drying station with a fan so that I could dry our towels and washcloths. We had the pool heated for the two weeks we were there. We had to fill the pool every other day. Apparently the pool may have a leak. I have reached out to the host to address these issues during our stay and even after we returned home. I have gotten no response from the host even after reaching out several times.
