Veranda Palms is a gated vacation community in the heart of Kissimmee, just off Highway 192 and minutes from Walt Disney World. You'll find plenty of shopping, dining and entertainment nearby: Old Town Kissimmee (3 miles), The Loop Kissimmee with its Regal movie theater (6 miles) and Disney Springs (7 miles). Aldi, Walmart and Walgreens are all within a 7-minute drive.



Getting Around:

A car is highly recommended to explore the Orlando area and make the most of your stay. The Disney parks are 16–20 minutes away, and Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about 26 minutes.

• Damage Waiver: a small, one-time, non-refundable fee that covers minor accidental damage during your stay — so you can relax without worrying about small mishaps.

• Security Deposit: a refundable deposit, returned in full after check-out as long as there's no damage. Refunds usually take 2–14 days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

🚭 No smoking indoors — $2,500 fee plus odor removal

🎉 No parties or events — $150 fine; eviction without refund may apply

🗑️ Trash must be properly bagged — $150 cleaning fee otherwise



📷 Cameras & Noise Monitoring

Exterior cameras cover the front doorbell, driveway and side of the house. There are no cameras inside the home. An indoor sensor measures noise levels only — no audio is ever recorded — to help respect community quiet hours.



📭 No USPS Deliveries — USPS leaves mail and packages in the mailbox, which we don't have access to. Other carriers (UPS, FedEx, Amazon) deliver to the door and are fine.
