Good and Bad
First, we did not know we would have to pay to park a car because of the community. The house was great when we arrived. There was problems with anything they said to do “online”. The place was very clean and in good condition. We asked about a Keurig before the visit and it was not there when we got there, but after a message to the host, they brought it quickly. The bad is that we did t know about the extra pay for having a car, the pool which we paid extra for it to be heated was not and there must have been a leak and we had to “maintain” it a bit and the water in the pool was cold. Ellis Exclusives were excellent with their communication and resolutions. The other problem was the homeowner had the thermostat locked at 76 degrees and it was extremely warm and stuffy in the house.
