Place description was great while I was booking but when we arrived pool heat was not working, connected to property management and they promised to send someone asap but guess when that someone showed up? After 3 days. Then they found out, heater replacement wasn’t even attached properly, they took another whole day to fix, finally pool was ready to use on January 1st, remember we arrived on December 28th. We supposed to leave on January 3rd. It was literally no pool for whole stay time. Besides that second king bedroom on 1st floor is not for couples, it has no bathroom or shower at all so it’s basically 3 couples place but description on site tells you it’s perfect for 4 couples. Place was good for 20 people, but it is not. There is no enough chairs or dishes. Chairs are mostly wiggly and you can’t even use them. Bedsheets are tore down so old and overused. Vent in most toilets do not work. So far what they promised is to give my money back for the pool heater I paid. But emotional damage they put is nothing for them it oils like. Overall this is the first time I had very bad experience about my trip and all my guests were very disappointed. Lots of furniture need to be replaced Cleaning crew just glanced the place I think. Usually I do not write bad reviews but this time I took my time and tried to be honest. Management knew that pool heater wasn’t working prior to our trip but no action was taken and that is very upsetting. I hope this review helps others.
