The Emerald Cottage is a fun and immersive experience for the whole family! We are less than 5 Miles from the Walt Disney World Resort, Less than 30 Minutes from Universal Studios, Island of Adventure, and Volcano Bay, and less than 15 minutes from SeaWorld! Our home is located in a Gated Resort Neighborhood in a central location! In under a 5-minute drive you can visit the Margaritaville Resort and H20 Waterpark.You can enjoy shopping and entertainment at multiple shopping centers in the immediate area, under a 5-minute drive, which consist of Target, Walmart, the Studio Movie Grille Theater, the GameTime Arcade, and multiple restaurants the family will love!

Every bedroom is themed with themes the whole family will love!

It is very important to us that your family has fun and spends time together! We have designed our home to "gathering" areas with spaces large enough for everyone!

Pool, Spa, and Screened In Patio:
Our Pool and Spa are screened in for families to feel comfortable and enjoy year-round! Pool heating is complimentary. It is up to you how many days to keep the pool heat on, if at all. We have a large gathering area for family and friends to enjoy while sitting by the pool and getting fresh air. We also offer a large outdoor dining table for families to dine together outside while enjoying the beautiful Florida weather where it is sunny and warm year-round! This covered patio has market string lighting for a warm and comfortable setting to relax after a day of enjoying the local theme parks, and two outdoor fans with lights to provide additional lighting at your discretion!

Living Room, Bistro, and Coffee Bar:
Our Living Area consists of a large L Shaped couch for your family to sit together and enjoy a movie night on our 55" Roku TV, a Bistro area to lounge and drink coffee and tea from our Coffee Bar!

The Dining Room:
Our Dining Room is a large table with booth seating for the whole family! These booth seats are a fun and comfortable way to stay close with your family for the perfect meal experiences!

Themed Game Room:
The First Order and Kylo Ren has taken over our Game Room to plan their next attack! Hang out and Play a game of pool on our brand-new Galactic Billiard Table! Gamers can kick back and play Xbox with one another on our Xbox One System! Our Game Room is suitable for Young Adults and Adults looking for an adventure to the Dark Side! Careful, there are a couple of Storm Troopers on the lookout for any members of the rebellion who may have snuck aboard their ship.

Bedrooms and Themes:

First Floor Master Bedroom:
A Polynesian Escape with a King-Sized Bed and a 50" HD Fire TV for Parents to enjoy a night away for themselves! Our Polynesian themed master bathroom allows for the perfect relaxation oasis with a large bathtub! The room is spacious enough to use our provided deluxe Pack n' Play for families traveling with young children!

Second Floor Master Bedroom:
A Night Away in Belle and the Beast's Castle with its own private bathroom. This room has a King-Sized Bed and is spacious enough to fit a twin sized blow-up mattress or our provided Pack N' Play Crib for families traveling with infants or young children who may not be comfortable sleeping on their own.

Children's Themed Bedroom:
Rapunzel's Room is a sweet hideaway for two young children who enjoy sleeping under the lantern lit night sky! Our Tangled themed bedroom has two twin sized daybeds and a 30" streaming capable TV for children to enjoy together for a movie night under the lanterns!

Children's Themed Bedroom:
Andy's Room is full of your favorite toys planning their next adventure! This room also has two twin sized beds and a 30" streaming capable TV for children to enjoy a movie night with Buzz, Woody, and all their friends!

Each children's rooms have books for children ranging from toddlers to elementary aged children. We offer four books full of fun bedtime stories for children to enjoy while settling down to sleep!

Themed Bedroom:
Join the Star Wars Universe for a night in our Secret Star Wars hide out! This bedroom has a queen sized bed suitable for anyone! This bedroom also has a 40" Streaming Capable TV perfect for catching up on the latest in the Star Wars Movies or Television Shows! Word on the street, there is a little green fugitive hiding out from the New Order in this bedroom.

Themed Bedroom:
Ready to Set Sail on the Jungle Cruise? Two to Three children or young adults can set sail on their very own Jungle Cruise! Careful! Watch out for any hippos! This bedroom has a Bunkbed for up to three people and a 40" Streaming Capable TV for a late-night movie night adventure! Make sure you check out the map and plan your next adventure!

Themed Bedroom:
Mickey and Minnie's Suite is set up for anyone to enjoy! This room is modestly decorated for those who prefer a more laidback vacation! This room has a queen-sized bed and a TV complete with a Roku for your streaming experience!

Stainless Steel appliances cookware, quality dining ware for the whole family. Luxury granite countertops, a large open kitchen layout!

A coffee bar with a kpod and traditional coffee maker combined for individual use or making coffee for the family for breakfast!

We offer two safety gates for the bottom and top of the stairs.

There are numerous smoke detectors throughout the home for peace of mind.

Complimentary WIFI for the family to use throughout their visit with enough speed for all of your devices.

Guest access
The Community is a gated community with on staff security guards who provide continuous security for the safety of the guests during their stay. When you arrive to the neighborhood, you will be required to show your proof of reservation and provide a valid drivers license for entry into the neighborhood.

Private Pool and Spa:
During your stay, you have access to a private, screened in pool and spa. Pool heat is complimentary. Our pool heater is set for a range of 88°F and 90°F. The spa is set for 104°F. The sitting temperature of the spa will be the same temperature of the pool.

When the spa is on:
Once the spa is turned on, the heat will delegate from the pool to the spa and the spa temperature will heat to the 104°F or close to it. Once the spa is off, the temperature will redelegate to the pool and the spa temperature should return back to the 90°F range.
