Vorweg, dass Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage und super Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Parkgebühren sind jedoch sehr hoch. Essen im Restaurant war passabel, Essen war teils kalt und der Boden sowie die Sitzecke waren sehr dreckig. Die Poollandschaft sah gut aus, Wasser war sauber. Aufgrund der Zimmer sind wir letztlich abgereist ohne dort nur eine Nacht geschlafen zu haben. Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, Klimaanlage laut und riechen stark nach Parfüm. Das waren aber noch Punkte über die wir hinweggesehen haben, was aber nicht ging war, als wir im Bett lagen, hat es uns überall gejuckt und wie man durch die Bettdecke gegen das Licht gehalten und somit durchgesehen hat, dass diese total kaputt und vergilbt waren, ob hier noch weitere Bewohner waren, kann ich nicht sagen. Beim zweiten Alternativzimmer lag eine tote Scharbe neben dem Waschbecken, demnach sind wir dann um Mitternacht noch in ein anderes Hotel gegangen.

Es tut mir aufrichtig leid, dass während Ihres Aufenthaltes bei uns nicht alles perfekt war. Wir sind sehr stolz auf die Sauberkeit unseres Anwesens und unserer Gästezimmer. Wenn wir jemals auf ein Problem aufmerksam gemacht werden, tun wir für unsere Gäste gerne unser Bestes. Bei über 1.000 Gästezimmern, darunter Suiten, Junior-Suiten und Studios, sind wir sicher, dass wir für jeden Gast etwas dabei haben. Mai und Juni sind die perfekte Zeit, unser Hotel zu besuchen! Das Wetter ist normalerweise perfekt und wir haben jede Menge Spiele-, Essens- und Getränkespezialitäten für die ganze Familie. Wir haben gerade unser Backyard BBQ mit LIVE-Musik donnerstags, freitags und sonntags hinzugefügt. An Wochenenden veranstalten wir oft einen Familienfilmabend im Freien.

Thank you for your review. We take great pride in the cleanliness of our property and our guest rooms. September and August are amazing times to visit our hotel! The weather is typically perfect, we have plenty of games, food, and drink specials for the entire family. Most nights Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, we feature our live music and backyard BBQ. We feel confident we have something for each guest. Please come back and see us again soon.

Mehr als nur ein Hotel 😁
Super überrascht - ist mehr als ein Hotel. Hatte Zahnbürste vergessen und fragte nach wo ich eine kaufen könnte. Die Ladie an der Reception meinte lachend „hier“ und gab mir eine. Concierge Justin war auch sehr hilfsbereit - Danke ihm. Werde definitiv wieder kommen. Die ganze Anlage war sehr sauber.

Well first of all they didn’t say anything about the 30 dollar parking fee a day and 25 dollar for shuttle ,till the day that we got there, they should say something about it before you get there , I don’t think is fair for people that coming out of state, and we are screw because we come from far and got there late at night,so what are they going to do, ( nothing)

I stayed in this hotel from the 25th to the 29th of April and requested several times additional towels and pillows and never got them. The room was only cleaned once. Will never use this hotel anymore

This hotel is a motel! The have false advertising. You book a room for the tower and end up in a ran down hotel . Do not believe the pictures. It was so bad that I kept having to switch rooms. Carpet disgusting and showers looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. They moved me to what they call a premium room. Nothing was different except it had a fridge and a microwave.

It was in a good location for where I was visiting. The buffet breakfast was great. The room was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The things I didn’t like is the parking. We were not able to park anywhere close to our room. In fact we parked at the exact opposite end of where the room is. Also I checked out thru the lobby as I left the buffet breakfast. I handed the front desk my room key and they thanked me. We proceeded to the parking lot to get my truck to leave but couldn’t get out of the gate without a room key. Would have been nice if the person at the front desk told me I needed the key to get out of the parking lot gate. The other thing is the bathroom shower has no shelves to put your stuff. Hopefully the issues can be resolved. These are small issues to me and would not keep me from staying again. My visit was only 1 night but overall the hotel was great!

The room was nice and clean. I'd suggest bringing your own necessities (soap, hair products etc). The hotel was extremely crowded so parking almost looked impossible at times when your coming back and forth from the hotel. The outlets in the room were kind of weak and loose so that was annoying when I was trying to charge my phone. It's a decent spot if your trying to get to certain attractions faster ( such as aquatica for exp).

Was a very nice place to stay but way over priced food and parking ! The resort itself is gorgeous but rooms are small bathroom you can barely walk in and they charge for literally everything you use .

There was mold all around the curtains at the window. We stayed in the Villas and we were in room 714. Breakfast was great! Opt for the omelete won’t regret it! Please remember to tip your chefs and wait staff. No cash ask of they have cash app. On the pathway from 714 to breakfast there was a brick missing in path needs filled asap. Location was nice and very busy. Park in balet if lucky enough when super busy to check in Friday night the line was out the door but moved quickly. PLEASE if you take the welcome cookies know THERE ARE NUTS in them they are fabulous but this needs disclosed. I can’t have nuts, seeds etc. FULL disclosure cookies were delicious…. I only ate one bite…

The staff were all very helpful and pleasant. The property is aged a little and there were things that could have been furnished in the suites like paper towels, dishes, and dish soap, but they were not. The room was comfortable and the AC worked great.

I love the property. I don’t like that parking has went up, which i don’t think you should have to pay for parking at all. Then they charge you $30 per car, per day to park which is ridiculous.

The property was just okay, the greatest amenity, was the kids pool, it was incredibly convenient and safe. The hot tub was okay, but it had dirty things floating in it, which made it a little off putting. A few of the staff members, present during my check-in on April 26th 12am, were incredibly rude, disrespectful, and judgmental. My room was okay, although it could have been a little more clean. I reserved a room with a tub, because of my children, but received a shower.

Very outdated room. Had a room on the first floor and the noise was horrific. There was also something on the ceiling in the room with a bright green light that made it so hard to sleep. The room was clean but i would not stay here again.
