The stay itself was great. The amenities were amazing. We did have to replace batteries in the Xbox remotes and almost all of the TV remotes. No big deal. The place was very clean and spacious. The pool was used a lot with the kids. We paid for pool heat but it never got very warm unless the timer for hot tub jets was on so we kept turning that on and it definitely helped. Little things to be expected with a rental like this the pictures were a bit different. Things over time had been replaced. The kitchen was awesome but could use a few more utensils, large bowls and things like that for a large group. It may have been fine if we weren’t cooking a Thanksgiving dinner too. We were able to work with what we had with some disposable pans and make an awesome thanksgiving dinner for 26 people. The driveway only fit 2 cars without blocking the sidewalk. The resort gave us 6 parking passes and said it was ok to park in the street. The company was very responsive when we were there if I had any questions. Only thing was getting the invoice to pay the remaining balance was a bit difficult. I had to ask several times for it, was told they send it out the day before it’s due and kept getting a link to “guesty” and never received the invoice email with the remaining balance. Eventually I was able to get the link to work and pay the remaining the day it was due on the guesty website which is what they use. That was probably the most frustrating part. Overall would stay there again!
