„Haus und Inventar in die Jahre gekommen, aber in Ordnung. Leider war das Geschirr zum Teil sehr ölig und schmutzig.Das Haus braucht dringend eine Grundreinigung.Auch der Bereich um den Pool war sehr verdreckt. Wir haben es selbst gereinigt.Die Hunde der Nachbarn lassen ihren Kot auf dem Rasen. Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Wenn nachts jemand zur Toilette muss, sind alle Bewohner wach. David(Hausmeister ) ist sehr nett und immer sofort vor Ort,wenn er gebraucht wird!“

„We loved our stay and the location. The house is not overly big yet feels large due to the layout and vaulted ceilings. We didn’t use all the rooms as our oldest son and family couldn’t make it, but the rooms we did use were comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook if you choose to. There are a lot of nearby restaurants, Publix and Walmart. Our kids enjoyed the pool and spent a lot of time in it. We bought pool toys not realizing they had some for use, we added to the collection ...

„It was a bargain, very clean with comfortable beds. Everything and anything you will need for a stay is provided. Quiet neighborhood. We were there for Disney and Universal, With traffic parks can be a bit of a drive. Ranging from 30 to 40 minutes depending on the day. I would still stay here again. “

„Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus und der Lage. Es war Sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mir dem Vermieter war immer sehr gut. Vielen Dank an den Vermieter.“

„Not exaggerating, this is the best Vrbo we've ever stayed at. The home is amazing. Practically brand new and outfitted with eventing you can think of. Well beyond any other home we've stayed in. Great communication, zero issues. Do not hesitate to stay here. You won't regret it.“

„Der Kontakt mit Laurie McFarlane war zu jederzeit angenehm. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa genossen. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft und macht diese Villa aus. Die Community Orange Tree ist sehr angenehm und gut gelegen. Die Villa ist innen drin ist sehr sauber. Leider der Aussenbereich weniger, dies geltet vor allem für den Screen. Dieser hatte viele Spinnweben und war an vielen Stellen leider nicht mehr intakt (Löcher, Netz lose am Gitter, haben es zum Teil mit Duck Tape wieder fixiert). ...

„We enjoyed our stay at this house very much. Everything needed was there. Communication was great. The pool and the garden zone is completely private; exactly what we were looking for. Thank you Debbie and Ed for letting your house with us!“

„The property is beautiful with the large oaks and waterfront views, etc. Very private and relaxing. Close to Mt. Dora for dining or shopping. We will likely stay again.One drawback, we did have 4 adults and the second room is through to primary and the one bath is only accessible through the primary. So, they had to come in our room during the night to use the restroom. Otherwise it was perfect.“
