Awesome property and as advertised. We had a max of 29 people there and it was plenty roomy enough for all of us! There were a few minor issues, but management was very quick to respond and fix things. If you cook a lot, I'd suggest bringing some cooking utensils with you (there's only a few things there), but there was plenty of plates, bowls and cutlery. We would definitely go again!

Golf trip - March 2025

A large group of us came in for a 5-night stay and a couple rounds of golf. The house fit everybody greatly. The offerings of the home was great. From the pool table, the pool, the hot tub, the table tennis, and the foosball table. We had a few hiccups as the projector in the movie theater gave us issues and wasn’t working one night. A tech came out and said he fixed it only for it to stop working again the following day and they couldn’t fix it before we left. The golf simulator also went down but they were able to get that fixed for us. The only other complaint I have is that for such a large home, the cookware was dismal. There were two medium size pans to cook in and a couple of pots. For a house that sleeps 30 people, the cookware should accommodate for that many folks. Overall, 4/5 due to the above items. The house is great and in a great location. We will definitely look to come back with our group, we will just make sure we bring proper cookware.

Fun house with some problems

Our family of 34 had a great time in the house. We had problems with things breaking. The fridge went out, the hot tub kept draining on its own, the projector in the theater wouldn’t work, the arcade games had problems and there were a few broken door knobs. We also had a shower door that was installed wrong and water would go all over the floor.

Family Reunion

The house was spacious and great and fit the entire family. There was enough rooms for everyone. Hot water in the bathroom sink in some room took super long to heat up. Washed up in cold water. Hot water in kitchen wasn't great either. We paid for the pool to be heated but lost one day because the pool never heated up correctly. Called pool maintenance and they came out in 30 minutes but by the time we found out it wasn't working and made the call it was after 10pm already. Overall the spae was accomodate the whole family.We paid for the pool

Perfect Family Vacay!

The home is enormous! It has everything you’d need and more to host a big family or a couples trip even. Most of the rooms have king beds which served our group well. Beds are comfortable. Just be prepared to do laundry as there’s only 2 towels and rags per bedroom. We stayed for 6 days, so we needed to refresh ours more than once.

Family Vacation

Pest control was called, because the kitchen was infested with roaches. The refrigerator would not cool the drinks down. The first night I stepped in a water, while entering the restroom. The pipes were leaking under the sink. I called maintenance was called about 5 times. The house is beautiful, however the area has a bad connection to Wi-Fi. There was an outage on one day.

Great Family Get Away

Property was close to Disney with traffic it was about a 30 minute drive. House was great with a lot of space for our entire group and had plenty to keep the kids and the entire family entertained. Pool area had a great setup and we enjoyed it everyday. Community pool area as a great change of place for the family. We would defiantly stay here again and would highly recommend this property.

Amazing stay

House was awesome. Our entire family, grandchildren all stayed a week. Kids had so much fun with all the games in the house. It’s a week full of memories for our entire family that we will treasure.

My overall experience at Athlete's Arena was great. There were a couple of drawbacks. One being the roaches that were seen in the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. The other was the lack of adequate parking. It's unfortunate that a house that can accommodate such a large group is only allowed 5 cars. There should be an overflow for additional cars.

Great Stay!

With ample space to accommodate all 14 of us, we never felt cramped or crowded. The highlight for the kids was definitely the pool and arcade room, where they had an absolute blast and created unforgettable memories.

Amazing house and amenities! You never have to leave!

Incredible house with everything you want! We stayed here for a family reunion and it was perfect! The house alone had enough to keep everyone busy and entertained. The common areas were huge and accommodating for spending time together and we loved the number of king/queen beds paired with private bathrooms for each room! The kids loved the themed bedrooms and everything was decorated extremely well. The community was amazing with a shaded playground within walking distance and the lazy river & water slide just a short ride to the clubhouse. Be aware that parking anywhere requires a parking pass and the clubhouse only issues 5 per reservation so plan accordingly! Also if you want to use the hot tub you’ll need to pay for heating it (pool heat included in the fee though). The maintenance staff were professional and quick to respond to any issues we had. Would stay again! 5/5 stars!

Best Vacation EVER!!!

This property was everything we dreamed of and more. From the check-in to checking out. Everything was wonderful. The house was AMAZING. The accommodations was roomy and spacious. Every problem that we had (very minor things) were corrected within hours. Trash is collected daily…a super plus. The pool was nice and warm. The kids were in aww of the game room, the theme rooms, movie room and of course the pool. We had a wonderful time and we’re already planning to come back next year.

Calm and soothing villa!

It is such a cool and peaceful place to spend time with your family. I loved the vibe of this resort. It was very calm and soothing. The vibrant blue color of the walls, themed bedrooms, and furniture was very eye-catching. Overall, the experience was great.

Loved it

When we got there, I feared the ongoing construction would interrupt our holiday but as soon as we settled in, we forgot about the excavators. I loved the home's exemplary design with the kids’ bedroom strategically placed. The brightly colored corridors were simply elating. We loved every bit of our stay.

Perfect place for vacation.

While planning a holiday, I always look for a place that can offer everything. I am so glad that I found this place which has everything: the massive kitchen, clean utensils, proper sleeping areas for kids, themead garage, cinema hall, indoor and outdoor gaming area, the pool site and much more. I mean this place is pefect.

Comfortable home!

Some guys at work suggested we bring our families here for a weekend or so. I’m not much into home comfort but my kids loved every bit of their stay here. Unrestricted access to a modern swimming pool, the pool table, and all the other stuff go the kids super excited.
