Eight bedrooms sleep 16+ guests across 11 beds, each room thoughtfully designed. Bedroom 1 offers a queen bed, while Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 each feature a king bed. Bedroom 5 (Minions) has 2 bunk beds, Bedroom 6 (Star Wars) has 2 bunk beds, Bedroom 7 (Princess) has 2 bunk beds, and Bedroom 8 (Harry Potter) rounds things out with a king bed. Six full bathrooms are spread throughout the home, making morning routines and late-night dips far less of a scramble for large groups.

The Mario Bros game room is a showstopper - arcade games, a pool table, and an Xbox Series X keep guests entertained for hours. In the main living area, an 86` HDTV comes loaded with Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, standard cable, and Roku. Board games are also on hand for a slower-paced evening in.

Step outside to a private backyard - not fully fenced - where the private outdoor pool and hot tub await year-round, open 24 hours and available heated upon request.
