Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volley ball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

The single-level layout keeps everyone connected, with the kitchen flowing straight into the living and dining areas. The living room centers around a large sectional sofa (which can double as extra sleeping space), a smart TV, and a ceiling fan. A dedicated workspace in its own room gives anyone who needs to check email or get work done a quiet spot to do it.

The fully equipped kitchen has a stainless steel electric stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and all the cooking basics, dishes, and utensils you need to make meals at home. A coffee maker, Keurig, and bread maker round things out, and two four-seat dining tables give the group room to eat together or settle in for game night.

Bathrooms
Two bathrooms serve the home, including the oversized ensuite shower off the master suite. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a hair dryer are provided throughout.

Outdoor space
Step outside to your private pool and spa, open year-round and available 24 hours - note that heating the pool or spa comes with an additional fee. The screened patio has outdoor furniture, a dining area, and sun loungers for stretching out between swims, plus a private gas BBQ grill for cooking outside. The pool is cleaned weekly with a skimmer on hand for guest use, and additional cleanings can be arranged for a fee.

Entertainment & extras
Rainy-day or wind-down options are built in: a pool table, ping pong table, arcade games, and life-size games sit alongside a themed game room. Kids have their own playroom and an outdoor playground to burn off energy, plus board games, children’s books and toys, and a standalone high chair for family meals. A home gym with an elliptical, treadmill, stationary bike, and free weights is also on-site for anyone keeping up a routine while traveling.

Wifi (170 Mbps) is complimentary throughout, though occasional outages can happen due to weather or provider issues. To help manage energy use, the air conditioning automatically pauses when an exterior door is left open for more than 5 minutes - guests who want the home to stay cool should keep doors closed, while those who’d rather have fresh air are welcome to prop them open. The home is pet-friendly, and breakfast is provided. Housekeeping during your stay is available at an extra cost, and stays of 28 days or more are welcome.
