We tried to check in at 4 pm the code was not given 2hrs prior which intended by rental co. My family arrived and someone had just left cleaning allegedly. We entered and the floor was wet from the pool to front door. The home was exactly shown 16 beds (most memory foam).all beds are a bit low to ground uncomfortable to us as we are 5’10 and up. I ordered groceries only to find the fridge was not working, after 48hrs they sent a repairman and after offering a mini.The Kitchen was equipped, WiFi worked seamless. The house was not cleaned as we expected, one of the beds had hair, one had lashes in it. The pool was HOT! took us spending time and texting for issues to get resolved. After leaving a week later theyI was sent an invoice for 6 pillow cases missing and six needing extra cleaned and a mattress cleaned with looked like makeup stain lipstick stain and a spot that looked wet or already cleaned before I was charged 135.87 The home had maintenance issues needing repaired. The pool was green in color needing to be cleaned, it had two forks and lip gloss along with toys at the bottom of pool. The washer wasn’t working the dryer did not dry the clothes all the way. We made the best out of our vacation. Stay. I would stay in Champions Gate again but not at The jungle themed house.
