Lovely and clean !

Lovely house. Great location. Clean .Owners were prompt with our questions . The hot was confusing to turn on. Wasnt sure how the tablet inside the house worked to controll it. Not sure what we were turning up on or off Beds were comfy but some had supports under them making them a little crooked to lay on. Over all enjoyed our stay ..the pool was very private from the close neighbors. Never seen them the entire time. Would go back !

The location was an easy drive to attractions. Very clean with more than enough room. When necessities were needed there were plenty of stores to accommodate. Property management was promot when needed. Highly recommend!

Lots of privacy in pool area

My brothers, and our families had two homes we stayed in, This home was nice, updated and was spacious. Kitchen had enough appliances but didn’t have any cleaning supplies like the other homes. It had enough linens, bedding, and also all the beds were comfortable. Pool area was what we wanted which is the privacy all around the pool area, and no neighbors can see. The Spa had weak jets but Pool temperature was perfect. The spa jets control and pool lights control were from an iPad or tablet from the interior wall and was very slow to navigate through settings and would always freeze. It was nice that they had a A/C & Heating thermostat on each floor which lots of homes I stayed in don’t have and that was a plus during sleeping time. Lastly the day of check out the owner was very nice and gave us a check out to 12pm and that’s very rare other owners will do, I asked the other home I booked and they said no. I do recommend anyone to stay at this home.

Amazing 6 day vacay

Our stay at Weldon Paradise was amazing. The house is absolutely beautiful. The beds are comfortable and quality furniture. The owner's responds to any and all questions in a timely fashion. The Weldon Paradise will definitely be my go to home away from home every year.

Christmas Family Vacation

This property was amazing ! We arrived no issues with check in house was spotless and was exactly as pictures indicated. We were a large family on a Christmas Vacation. The location was great central to everything we needed some were going to Disney world some to Lego land (Winterhaven) and to Universal Studios this property allowed us to be close yet out of the hustle bustle of Orlando!! Shopping was near by as well !! We also used the heated pool daily this was great for the kids there was also so much space in the house on the pool deck games room it was all usable space ! Each family had their own main bedroom and bathroom and kids all had a blast sharing the "kids" rooms !!! Gramma and Grampa enjoyed the master suite on the main floor !!!We can't say enough about this property it was a wonderful vacation for all of us!! We reached out to Kenya and Travis when we were there for some instruction and they answered us immediately communication was super !!! Once again thank you to Kenya and Travis for a magical vacation !!!!

Would definitely stay here again. Plenty of room for our group. Perfect location close enough to parks and competition venues we needed to attend. The kids and adults both enjoyed time in the pool. House is clean and equipped with everything we needed. Will be back next time in the area.

Great home in nice area.

The house is perfect. We’ll laid out with plenty of sleeping / sitting/ dining and play areas and we’ll appointed. Pool was crystal clear and warm for the first night. Adults and kids enjoyed the spa after long walking days at Sea World and Discovery Cove. Travis and Kenya were thoughtful and super accommodating hosts. Could not ask for better.

My wife and I enjoyed two weeks in this well laid out home. Kenya and Travis were extremely responsive when we had a question or two which was only one time as all of the needed information was very handy and the home was extremely clean and well organized. The pool and spa were a big hit for both of us. We would definitely recommend this home for both families or large groups of people. The Best Stay Ever

Renting Weldon Paradise was the best experience ever. When we first arrived we had issues entering the property...thank God for the door ring. The homeowner saw that we were struggling entering the home and chimed right in to assist. The home itself is beautiful! We had everything we needed for our 6 day stay. The beds were comfortable and there were enough bathroom supplies for everyone. The pool was amazing with the privacy feature as well as the night lighting. Perfect Family Home

Awesome place to stay and even more awesome owners

The house is more than impressive. This is our 3rd straight year to stay at this property. Bedroom layout with sizes of beds is more than adequate to accommodate a group of people, pool and spa in the back made for the perfect place to relax after a day full of activities. We never had to contact the property manager for any issues, but I am sure that would be great too. I would highly recommend this property!!!!

We can not say enough how much we loved this home! The set up is perfect our girls each had a room and bathroom all to themself! We had the master on the main level and it is amazing! Anytime we had a question or issue it was just a quick text or phone call and we had a solution or answer to our question! That is the best when your on vacation to not have to be worried about contacting the owner for help when needed! They are very responsive! We loved the open floor plan and the pool and hot tub were a hit! Awesome game room in the garage and a bbq as well on the side of the house and we used it many times! Thanks again for sharing your home with us we can not wait to return!

Great memories here!

We loved staying at this property. The house was spotless. Plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was very well-equipped, which we value because we eat most meals in even on vacation. Above all, the pool was amaaaazzzzing. Screened-in, private, super clean, and perfect!!! We also enjoyed spending some time at the clubhouse in the resort. All in all a great place!!!!

Christmas in Florida 2019

The house is beautiful & it close by many things & 16 minutes from Disney World, have a pool right there at the house to enjoy, our family 1st time renting a house like this before but we as a family enjoy it and would definitely do it again. Idea Vacation Home away from Home

I found the home to be very accommodating as well as spacious and comfortable. The amenities exceeded my expectations, the property is well maintained and the owners were responsive to my various questions. Additionally, I would highly recommend this property to others vacationing. I along with my family have already booked the property for next year. The game room was an idea area to relax , play a game of pool, foosball and enjoy a movie. The pool is immaculate and the night lighting is beautiful and calming. We couldn't have chosen a better property as we were made to feel as if we were right at home!

Awesome property. Owners made this property stand out . Very responsive to every question we had

Floor plan was great . Everyone had their privacy with en-suite bedrooms yet great gathering spaces to be together as a group. Best stocked kitchen around and because of nature of our trip, we saw several other properties . Plenty of linens, beach towels etc so we did not have to continuously run the washing machine. Instructions left were clear as far as entry, pool and spa, thermostat, garbage pick up , etc. leaving was simple -basically get garabage out . Terre Verde community was great -nice pool, tiki bar, , playground area for kids,, gated community which made you feel secure and with the exception of one guard at the gate -a total jerk on two occasions who does not understand “customer care” -very friendly and accommodating staff. Travis was very resoinsive to all questions before and during stay at his property . Will definitely book this property again.

Avoid this property

The short story is avoid this property , there are plenty of other choices. Here are some bullet points of what we encountered: (1) Upon arrival. green slime in the pool, Uninhabitable. Kids couldn't swim. I could stop here.... (2) infestation problem - flies, (3) Wi-Fi didn't work, (4) Most of the flat screens throughout the house not working, (5) Unresponsive owner, phone calls and emails not returned. (6) Owner aware of issues, before renting us the property, and did so anyway. (7)Owner offered a small discount, not close to fair and reasonable considering the above. Ruined a planned vacation or my wife and 4 kids. Worst experience of any Homeaway rental. Stay away...
