Pros- the home matched the visual listed on the booking site? access to the club house, we were centrally located to all attractions in the area and contactless checking was amazing. Also the home was a four bedroom-2 room with a single queen bed and two with a full and bunk bed set up. The community has beautiful ground s which I enjoyed a 3mile morning walk each day of my stay. Grocery, restaurant and shopping nearby. Home was outfitted with all the kitchens essentials and laundry. Private pool was comfortable
Cons-the AC unit was not working in the home it read 83 -while the temp in Florida was 90. I called the management company and asked was the home cleaned or serviced because if so they should have noticed the temperature was an issue. They were very responsive with sending out a contractor. We had to do quite a bit of cleaning, which mixed with the heat and chemical fumes made for a horrible experience having asthma, as the home was visibly dirty,-showers had hair in them, food left in the closet and trash cans and one of the bedroom had what looked like termites all over the bedding. The town home was 5miles away from The club house-so there was no walking to it all all for our teens and the clubhouse made you check in everyday to get a new arm band which switched colors according to the day- the lines were terrible getting in the clubhouse as the community is huge. The manager company ir owner could do better with explaining the communities amenities. I found. Out they had shuttles on the last day. They need to invest in new seat cover for the poolside furniture or clean it. Our view from the private pool in the back was construction as they were building new town homes.
