We had an amazing trip and the house was perfect for us. It was very clean and the hosts were very attentive and accommodating. The pool was heated to the perfect temperature and was perfect for small kids and adults as well. We have rented many homes for vacations and this one was probably the best that we have stayed at. If we are ever in need of a home in the Kissimmee area we would definitely book this home again or any Aunger Vacation homes that are available. The digital welcome packet was very helpful. Thanks again Charles and Joanne for helping make our family trip Magical.

Amazing Experience!

What a great home—with wonderful hosts! Our group of 14 had a fabulous week at Charles & Joanna’s home. We had plenty of space and everything we needed. When we were not at Disney, we spent a lot of time in the pool and playing on the splash pad—or the teens were in the massive theater room watching their shows. The pool & splash pad were perfect for the preschoolers. Formosa Gardens Estates is quiet and easy to get into and out of. We have nothing but great things to say. Book this house. You won’t regret it!

Amazing

We had an amazing stay at King Triton's Palace. The house rules were clearly defined. Debbie, the homeowner was wonderful, efficient and responsive through our minor interactions throughout the stay. The home is very clean and in working order. It was a quiet neighborhood with kind neighbors and the home itself had all the amenities we could have hoped for. I hope if/when we return to Orlando/Kissimmee, we will have the opportunity to rent/stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful and memorable trip!

Perfect in every way

Spacious home with a large pool. It was equipped with everything you could need from pool towels, kitchen supplies, to entertainment options. This was our second year staying and we were even more impressed this year. Debbie is easy to communicate with very helpful.

Great location

The property is in a lovely gated community. Very safe and clean. The home itself has everything you’d need and is large enough for 4 adult couples and 6 children. The pool area was great. My only down point was the mattress in the main master bedroom wasn’t that comfy. We have stayed in many rentals in this neighborhood and overall this is a lovely rental well looked after.

Perfect Family Disney Vacation Location

We recently stayed here for our family vacation to Disney World, and it was an exceptional experience, especially with two babies under two. The house was perfectly equipped with all the baby essentials we needed, making our stay stress-free and comfortable. Its proximity to the Disney Parks was a huge plus, allowing us to get to and from the parks with ease. The home itself was amazing, featuring a beautiful pool, a playground, and a splash pad that provided endless entertainment for our little ones. The kids' bedrooms were a delightful touch, each decorated with fun Disney themes and more sprinkled throughout the house that added to the magic of our trip. House is beautiful. We utilized the pool, splash pad and swing set often when we were not visiting area theme parks. Our stay involved 5 adults and 5 kids ranging from 3 to 15. Everyone always had something to do like watch movies or swim. House and pool, etc were very clean. Look forward to staying again next spring.

The house was perfect for our stay!

We loved renting this house for the week! The pool was perfect for the different ages we had swimming. If the kids weren’t in the pool they were playing on the play set. The house was so nice and very clean. The kids absolutely loved all the different themed rooms. They were very fast at addressing any questions or concerns we had. We will definitely stay here again!

Outstanding!

This is my second time staying in this house with my family & extended family. From the cleanliness, to the prime location, and amenities provided, it truly exceeds expectations! My four children, under the age of 6, loved the splash pad, playground, walk-in pool area, and all of the fun Disney themes throughout the house! The teenagers loved the pool, hot tub, and movie theater room. The rest of us adults enjoyed everything from the option of kitchen appliances provided, to the amazing outside setup, etc. There wasn’t anything I’d change about our stay, so thank you once again for another unforgettable trip! We will definitely be returning in the future again!

Family fun 2024

My family and I travel to the Orlando area every year and this is by far the best house we have stayed at. It is super kid friendly, everything we needed and more was provided. My grandchildren loved the splash pad and pool with a shallow end for the little ones. Everything was very clean. The owner is wonderful and was quick to respond to my questions. We hope to be back again next year.

Perfect Property for Disney!

We were extremely pleased with our experience. This house is large, great pool, great amenities, very easy access to the parks -- truly ideal for a family vacation. The zero entry heated pool made for some of the best memories of the trip - the kids came home from the parks, jumped in the pool and continued the fun. Can't wait to book in the future!

Everything was perfection!

Absolutely everything about this property was amazing, it truly felt like every last detail was thought about! The house even had an extra pack and play and strollers available in case we needed it. The owner did a great job communicating everything and had someone check out an issue with the lock immediately once she got a notification, before we even realized there was anything wrong. Our family really enjoyed the house, movie theater and kids rooms, but really loved the heated pool and the kids couldn’t stop playing outside. Our 4 year old immediately started referring to it as the clubhouse and was just as excited to come home as he was going to Disney. It was a fantastic location and overall loved our vacation and this host, we would definitely stay again!

The villa was amazing as usual but the owner is where the rubber met the road. We had flight issues and 1 email and an amazing owner made things better!!! Wonderful Place

Ms Debbie was so wonderful to work with and this place was amazing. We did not have younger children but you do not have to bring anything. They have everything you can imagine if you have toddler age, children. It is very close to everything Margaritaville was a great place to visit, and we were very close to Disney. If I were to visit this area again, I would definitely stay here.

Refreshing and Relaxing Time

After the very minor hiccup with gaining entry to the property as the owner was very responsive to. The property had everything needed for relaxation and comfort. The property has everything needed to keep the grandkids well occupied and engaged. The property was clean, the safety features with gaining access to the pool were excellent and well placed. The location was excellent with easy access to the stores and anything else we wanted or needed to do. The property layout with the three primary bedrooms on the first floor was outstanding and accessible for people with mobility challenges. Highly recommend the property if you are seeking comfort, relaxation and peace. There are so many upsides to the property, many of which based on our needs were not used but available if a family were to need them. The strollers, the cribs, the high chairs, etc... Our family truly loved the wall painting which we felt were awsome, along with the cartoon themed rooms. The outdoor splash pad is a winner along with the swing set, helping to keep the children occupied. No need to visit the theme parks unless you really wanted to as this property had enough to keep you entertained.
