Great communication and check-in, check-out instructions. We did report the following with the property management company: the dishwasher did not clean after several tries so we hand washed which is no big deal, several pots need replacing (Teflon coated and too scratched to use), the house could use some general interior updates and painting (walls very scuffed, baseboards beat up from vacuuming or something else), the glass coffee table needs replacing as it’s missing parts to keep it together plus it’s just dangerous, and garbage was strewn everywhere outside in the complex. While the garbage issue may not be this property owners fault, it is likely due to garbage being left out by vacating renters and the birds in the area, including Turkey vultures getting into the garbage before it gets picked up. The birds tear these garbage bags apart and then carry the garbage throughout the complex. It’s really a mess in the morning.

I was very impressed with the communication. They called me multiple times to make sure I had my codes and if I needed anything. The house was spotless and was as advertised. I would definitely rent from these homeowners again.

The house was amazing. Everything was clean. House was spacious, add everything we needed for a long weekend.The community pool was amazing staff was friendly. But what really set this house apart was the communication from the host, from the beginning of our trip.To the end, no matter what question asked, they were reliable found a solution and quickly communicated, and something like that can absolutely make or break a trip. Highly recommend

Spacious and clean. Very close to the community pool with many amenities including a lazy river. Nice area off the beaten path, but close enough to WDW drive isnt too long. Internet was weak but property management was very responsive.

The stay here was wonderful! Plunge pool was so welcoming to come home to after a day at the parks. Appreciated the fact that the place is pet friendly and so convenient to so many fun things to do. Very spacious and everyone had exactly what they needed in their respective places!

This home is beautiful! Im very picky about where i take my family and this house was just like described in the reviews and i loved it. Very clean, and cozy. The kids loved the pool, and the mickey bedroom! The house is about 30 mins from Universal studios and theres is a Publix down the street! Also management responded very quickly everytime we had a a question. We loved it and would return again!

Great location and perfect for families

There were 10 of us and there was plenty of room. The kids said the bunk beds were not very comfortable. We had trouble finding the towels but evidently we didn’t look hard enough, lol. The pool was perfect for the kids to swim after a long day at the amusement parks. There was a rip in the couch and a few spots on the wall. I told management because I didn’t want to be blamed for the few things but I really enjoyed my stay. I was glad to have been able to stay with my brother and his family. It was so much better than a hotel would have been. We had a little issue because my brother checked in early but other than that it was really nice. I wish I had more time to use the lazy river and other amenities. I would definitely stay again.

It was pretty good

The beds were very comfortable and cozy. The house overall was an amazing experience. My niece and nephew both loved the Mickey Mouse themed room. You should definitely go to the resort pool it’s just as amazing as the house. Would 100% recommend!

Nice but…

The listing was accurate and the unit was nice. When we arrived we made note of a few small damages the walls that were on no consequence to our stay. The reason for the rating was upkeep related. When opening a kitchen cabinet, the upper cabinet trim fell and hit my wife in the face pretty hard. Upon inspecting the reason I noted the trip was held up by 2 clear push pins. I reported it and was contacted by the landlord promptly and asked if they could do anything. While I appreciate the gesture, they really need to repair stuff before renting the property again.

Great, Spacious Property

We had a great time at this property. The house was clean upon arrival. Check in was a breeze, even though there was traffic, but patience through the traffic, then it was no big deal. The pool was great for a quick swim and cool down. We used the club house and it was nice and relaxing. We had the whole family and had plenty of space to cook and hang out all weekend.

Just OK. There is a huge slit in the couch and a lot of stains that they said they would come correct but never did. The water pressure is horrible here, in all bathrooms. The rooms are nice and beds are comfortable. The neighborhood is a little rough, needs lots of care.

Cozy Little Home

Pros: -Pool -Clean -Easy Parking -Easy commute to Disney Cons: -Single Smal A/C Unit for a relatively large space meant it took a while to cool the house down. -No fans inside any of the rooms. -Giant rip in one of the couches (from a previous guess, assumedly) -One of the neighbors had a spot light pointed straight into the house/pool area

Really enjoy our stay. A little better with vacuuming due to found some food on the master bedroom carpet. Besides that we enjoy our stay. Newer subdivision but hope will be light posts in the future. It was too dark.

Home is great, management lacks communication

The home was beautiful and accommodated us well. The security guard, Yolanda was incredibly rude. When we first arrived we were just waved through the gate not stopped or given a pass. When we left to get groceries Yolanda was there and was incredibly rude when her department failed to do their job. The freezer was not working the entire time we stayed, I called during stated office hours and was sent straight to after hours call service and so I didn't get to speak to anyone. I messaged through VRBO and they stated the earliest dispatch would be the next day. If they would have picked up during stated office hours we could have had someone dispatched that day. Not to mention TWO days passed and still no one contacted me about the freezer not working and all of our freezer foods were a loss. The front desk people at the club house are incredibly rude and acted like we were supposed to know their process without even being told. yelled " you have to sign in everyday" which is fine, if we were told that and in a tactful manner and not to mention there was human poop on the sidewalk in the clubhouse near the pools that was not cleaned for at least two days and was still there when we checked out. The last day the power was out for over 6 hours so the rest of the food in the refrigerator was a loss and the condo was incredibly warm and I had to call to get updates about the restoration of power, they didn't call to update but once. Overall the home its self was great and close to the parks but we will not stay here again due to poor management.

No WiFi so NO TV

I wasn’t advised about the WiFi situation until I call Saturday morning poor cellular connection inside the house I had to walk to the sidewalk to make calls my guests of 7 who prepaid to stay for the entire weekend came and left only 4 of us tough’d it out I’m still waiting on my discount to be posted… it’s like they just wanted to fill up the place bc they knew about the WiFi another family experienced the same thing these are new units I understand but the should’ve never been rented until completely finished
