The rooms where exactly like in listing. The whole house was clean. The pool was clean and the pool person showed up while we where there to make sure it was clean enough for us and to do his normal cleaning. The only problem we had was the lock quit working. We just called the number provided and the issue was taken care of right away.

The house was clean neat and comfortable. The only downside is that we cleaned the property a bit too good. Must have missed the grill and was charged a 30 cleaning fee. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The property management team were very friendly and quick to respond.

This home was perfect for our extended family of 9. Plenty of room to spread out with a huge kitchen & dining table. We enjoyed the private pool & hot tub. Area was safe and full of opportunities. Close to most of the attractions we were looking to enjoy. Host was very responsive. Home was clean.Just a couple suggestions:There was not enough seating in the living room for all 9 of us…same with the outdoor space. It would have been nice to have lights either in the pool or twinkle lights so we could enjoy a night swim or visit. There was not any big pots or pans to use so we had to cook in shifts, which wasn’t ideal. Overall we had a great time and would recommend this property!

Nothing Less Than Amazing!!!

This rental was absolutely perfect! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and all the amenities—from the fully stocked kitchen to the fast Wi-Fi—made our stay feel just like home. The host was friendly, responsive, and provided clear check-in instructions, which made everything seamless. The location was also ideal—close to great restaurants, shops, and attractions, but still quiet and relaxing. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! We were a family of 13 (all ages) and it was so perfect for us.

Some confusion but overall not bad

The house was nice and in a nice area. Upon arrival directions were to “check in at the main gate first”. There are several gates in this area so it was difficult to determine which was the “main gate” once we figured that out it was ok, but better directions may help future guests. The second bout of confusion was with the pool and hot tub. We paid extra for the heating, the pool was warmer than bath water so we asked for it to be turned down, clarifying beforehand that it wouldn’t effect the hot tub which we were told it wouldn’t they were separate systems. They were very responsive and turned it down as requested. When we went to use it again the hot tub was cold upon reaching out again (again they were very responsive) we were told by a different person that the pool and hot tub were on the same system,I told them that wasn’t what we were told and shared the previous communication with this person. The response was basically we’ll turn it up but if we ask for a change again we would be charged...

This was the perfect spot for us to kick off our summer vacation, the rooms were all very spotless the house was lovely and so was the area i would definitely recommend this to someone who is looking for a nice stay in a nice area, the resort is my favorite

Great location. Need to improve how to get into gated community. QR code never worked had to phone main gate which took forever to get a response. Traffic got backed up every time waiting for gate to open. House should have electric can opener the hand ones did not work also some throws blankets for couch

Great location, I wouldn't say luxury home

The check in is a bit difficult as you need to first find the address for the main gates (it s a huge complex). The house is very big, clean, plenty of sleeping areas.The pool area is not private (like in the pics), its facing the main street of the community. Bring your sponge for the dishes (none available) and also pots/pans if you plan on cooking. The few provided are extremely old and the Tfal is peeling off, which makes it a hazard for cooking. Coffee machine was broken, as well as the tea kettle was broken. Communication with the host was very fast.Overall it was a good stay, but i don't think this should be advertised as luxury home.

Overall the stay was outstanding. However, grill to rusty to use. Kitchen cooking was difficult. Pots and pans did not support cooking for 15. Bring your own. On check in the address and directions should be for main gate. No mention in the check in process

Lovely stay

My family and I had a great time in the place. The only thing that I didn't love is that it's very difficult to get in and out of the jacuzzi. I'd say it's dangerous for older people. The clubhouse was nice eventhough the children's pool and the slides' water were cold.

Awesome will book again!

The home was absolutely beautiful, very clean, pool was very warm just the way we asked. I had a group of 9 (5 adults 4 children) and we all had more than enough room! Hoping to book again next year! After the first day we were already discussing rebook for next year! Communication was great as well and the club houses were beautiful! No complaints at all! Home was exactly as pictured!

Nightmare!! Major red ant infestation in rugs and BEDS Horrible company to work with IHM

Major red infestation in carpet and beds found within hours of checking in, rusty grill that they expect you to pay $30 for use. The pool overlooks a 5 Lane Road. Maintenance Man called confirmed, red ant infestation. He then proceeded to spray ortho home defense all over bed and bedding we were expected to sleep in. We asked to move to another property and we were sent next-door to another house with signs of red ant infestation, torn furniture, stained bedding, dirty walls, gross carpeting, and probably more ortho sprayed bedding. NOT LUXURY. IHM employees try to help but manager, Natalie doesn’t work on weekends and never even called us instead sent an email stating the house was not dirty. She stated red ants found are normal in our area during this time of year”. it was clearly not clean and as it is NOT NORMAL to have people wake up with hundreds of red ants biting them. we have a lot of photos and videos as evidence the house was unsanitary and unsafe an email to Charles Webraham managing Director and owner also went unanswered. Vrbo tried to assist and told them on a three way call to issue a full refund but they refused. They had the nerve to charge us the first night and all the fees. Sorry but paying over $800. to sleep one night in a nightmare, red ant infestation house is absurd , we still do not have an acceptable resolution to this nightmare and have to dispute charges with our credit card company. Steer clear of ALL IHM properties.

Nice place for a family reunion

The house itself is very spacious and very nice. The pool in the back was very fun. The clubhouse pool wasn't quite as nice as it appeared but still enjoyable. Great experience - recommended.

Pleasant vacation

The home was beautiful. Aside from a few small items and the home community gates being out of service during our stay except the main gate (not home related), we enjoyed our stay. Excellent communications with management. We recommended they have the pictures updated, as the pool view shows privacy but there is a road and homes behind the home now. Thise pics were probably taken right after the home was built in 2020. The area has grown since then. Regardless, we do highly recommend the home and management.
