Family Stay

The home was beautiful and very clean. We even had access to 2 car garage. The only drawback was a poorly outfitted kitchen. For a house that rents to large groups there were b o large kettles. One XL kettle and 3 Small/med No potholders , no dishrags or dish towels also no potato masher or electric mixer. However, the management was quick to act when we had a few issues. They were fixed or very promptly. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommendThis property.

It was good they were quick on responding only issue was the bathroom doors wouldn’t lock and two light bulb were out I called they came looked at it but never came back to replace it

Do not recommend

The stay was mediocre. When my family and I got there the AC was not working. We set the temperature to 67 and it said the inside was 82, like it's already hot in Florida. There was poop stains on 1 of the beds upstairs very unsanitary. The fridge barely kept our food cool. We contacted the host and the host basically told us there's too much food but it's a huge fridge, my own house fridge was way smaller and is able to keep food refrigerated. They only came to look at the AC and did nothing else. The host did nothing regarding the poop stains on bed and basically ignored us. I would never book here again or recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful and accommodating

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful place! The accommodations were perfect for everyone, and the kids had a fantastic time enjoying the pool. We really appreciated being able to mirror our devices to the TV for family movie nights. All the appliances worked flawlessly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The owner was incredibly responsive, addressing our questions promptly and even sending someone over within 30 minutes when we needed assistance. Overall, everything was beautiful, and we had a fantastic time. We can't wait to return!

Wonderful

Stay was amazing, location was great the owner was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The only complaint I have is there were not a lot of big pots and pans to cook with and the water went cold quickly when two or more were showering at the same time. Overall everything was amazing will definitely book again in the future.

Birthday trip

The property was nice, the only reason I would not give a 5 star for a family of 23 they did not have pots big enough to prepare meals for us. Lots of pot covers but no bottom. I called to request biger size pots I did hear from them until two days later when I called to request gas for the grill I mentioned the pots and they send me a email stating they did not have pots to give us. That was a big inconvenience because we prepare our own meals. Accommodations for perfect for all 23 of us. Never speak to the manager or the host no one checked to see if we were ok, we did get the gas for the grill in a timely manner. We would stay there again if they get some good pots. Just to say they have no pots is unacceptable, Walmart have lots of pots that are reasonable in price.

Comfortable spot for enjoying Orlando

House was a nice property in a good area. As others have commented it’s slightly let down by some simple maintenance upkeep that needs performing in a few areas. No working Sun loungers in the pool area - broken and rusty ones left in there - all need throwing as they take up space and are unusable! Found blocked toilet on arrival - though plenty of other bathrooms out small party size could conveniently use. Broken latch on outside gate meant rear of the property was less secure than possible. There were more minor ones but nothing major enough to spoil your holiday if you’re getting out and about Orlando.

Four Corners Stay

I was told that I had to wait until the day before to find out if I could check in early and then was told I would be charged $56.00. I was disappointed about that but otherwise the house and stay was lovely.

Short but sweet.

We stayed for two nights and spent most of our time at Universal. Overall the house was as advertised and perfect for our group. The pots and pans were very used and not great to cook in. I would also suggest having a couple larger items, like frying pan, to be able to cook for larger groups.

We had a great time, there was enough space for 13 of us. Home was clean and everything worked fine. Oldest guest in my group was 77 and the youngest was just 1 yr old. Everyone had a blast. Unfortunately we had one mishap. my wife slipped when entering the jacuzzi and got a really bad bruise on her leg. There should be a handrail or ladder.

Cold hot tub

The home was not as clean as I would have liked. There were no potholders or basics kitchen items. I message the property manager twice and was told “it takes time” for the hot tub to heat up. It never got hot the entire time we were there. It was 89 and that is not a hot tub temperature. I paid $70 and would like a refund for the hot tun heating, since it was never useable.

good, but easy to improve with some limited investment

The property was basically as advertised and a nice home to rent. The owners seemed nice to work with in advance and the property management team was very responsive when we had an issue with the dishwasher. So all good on that front. However, there were many issues that we encountered during our stay. Some are easy to fix and others might not be: 1. the security at the entrance gate is absolutely ridiculous! The QR codes that are supposed to lift the gates work less than 10% of the time. This causes huge back-ups, repeatedly. We only stayed there for 3 days, but faced this unnecessary delay repeatedly. Can only imagine how many hundreds of other renters have faced it, and yet, it's never addressed/improved. 2. Regarding the house itself, it's pretty nice. But it could easily be improved with the following minimal investments: a. provide more towels! For a house that advertises that it can fit 23 people, we struggled with enough towels for 10 of us. This would be an incredibly easy (and inexpensive) fix by going to Target or Costco and purchasing another 10 towels. b. This is exacerbated by the fact that the house doesn't come with a washer/dryer. Why not? With a house that fits up to 23 and has a pool, a washer is a necessity!! So to have so few towels and then not have the ability to wash/dry the limited supply, it really hurt the enjoyment of our stay. 3. The nickel and diming of the rental is really unfortunate. b. the same goes for

Great family get away

My family had a great short vacation here for Thanksgiving. The house does need some minor maintenance work but everything was very clean and nice. Access to the water area at the club house was a bonus for the kids. Recommend bringing your own standard house hold items like trash bags, laundry detergent, dish detergent, etc.

Needs better upkeep and maintainence

The house was nice, spacious and overall met our needs for a group of 14 , 7 adults and 7 children. The house needs A LOT of maintenance. Everything from the dirty, rusty falling apart grill that we paid extra to use to the pool heat and hot tub not working properly and were told to not put the jets on because it shut down the entire pool system several times in which we also paid extra for. Hardware in the bathrooms and furniture drawers are literally falling off the hinges. Kitchen was stocked nicely and was very clean. Customer service was kind and overall attentive but gave us the run around on maintainence of the pool/ hot tub. Check in was a nightmare at the gate at 11:00 PM after traveling for 15+hours and kids and adults were cranky and tired. The gate security guard gave us a hard time getting in and was extremely rude. He made 2 of the adults in our party get out of their vehicles and get into another vehicle because they messed up on the list of who was who which caused some tension. If it wasn't for these things we would definitely have given a 4/5 star rating but these minor things added up. We would probably look elsewhere for our future stay if traveling again.
