The house is in a neighborhood nearby woods. So, expect racoons get into the trash if you do not latch it closed. As is the case with all VRBOs, you can't choose your neighbor. The next door neighbors were sketchy; but, there were no problems. The rating is based on the overall temperature and roominess of the house. The kids enjoyed the game room and pod beds with individual fans. Only a few of the rooms had temperature issues. So, I am glad the house had a standup few fans. There is one towel per pillow. I recommend that you bring a few bath and pool towels. The pool towels provided in the house are not worth the cost if you lose one at the water park. The water park is really nice; but crowded. The WiFi was not strong.

The house is quite large, but the couches appear to be of lower quality, unlike those pictured in the description. While different couches would have been acceptable, these were too small and fragile. However, the most significant problem was the unreliable internet service and the unresponsive management company.

I have been going to Disney world every year for the last 15 years and let me tell you this house has been the best ever, perfect location, very nice house all the way around. Definitely coming back to this property. My kids love the house amenities.

House was very clean and very welcoming. Communication with management was A+. We had an issue with the pool not heating properly and the theater room not wanting to play movies, but a quick message to management and it was looked into that day. Pictures were not exact, but very similar to home details. And cell service will not work unless you have WiFi password. But we had a blast for our Disney adventure for my daughters birthday celebration.

We enjoyed the location of the house - very close to target, Walmart etc as well as the theme parks. And the pool was pretty private as far as houses in subdivisions go. This was our second time staying in this subdivision and we had specifically chose it and this house because of the proximity to shingle creek park. The location that showed on the VRBO map was pretty far from the actual location - so if that is important to you keep in mind that it’s not always accurate. Also the house was not the one that was shown in the photos of the Vrbo listing. It was similar but not the same. So if you’re booking hoping for the specifics in the photos - they will not match. We also did not realize until the day before that check in is not until 5pm which felt very late to us. The house was relatively clean - definitely not spotless - however the pool was really dirty. They did send someone to clean it promptly when we mentioned it though. The dryer was broken when we arrived. They did send someone the next day to fix it but they had to order parts and it was broken for our whole stay. They did have a second dryer on the main floor but it did not work well (took 2.5 - 3 hours to dry a load of towels). Most of the equipment in the theatre room didn’t work (no batteries, incorrect cords etc). Overall it was just very ok - especially for the price. Nothing awful enough to completely ruin our stay but definitely not a house we’d return to (we rent at least one house a year).

The house was great. Big enough for 3 families of 4 plus grand parents. The neighborhood was a little suspect though. Good location for Disney though. Close to Target for grocery shopping.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property as the house was exactly as was described. The game room was enjoyed by our kids for hours on end as well as the movie theater upstairs. This was a last get-together for most of us as we are leaving Florida and moving out to Texas. We were able to get our entire family together and enjoy the great community features as well as the heated pool inside. Will definitely look to do again in the near future trips back to FL!

This place was perfect for our family's trip to Disney and Universal. Lots for the kids (both teens and younger kids) to do when we were home between the pool and the game room. Host was responsive on the minimal issue we had, and the place was very clean when we arrived. Would definitely recommend!

I do not recommend this company. The house was not ready for us, game room had only one game working, everything else was not working. Had an extremely hard time getting the host to send someone to fix, I spent a lot of time on the phone with Diamond Vacation And and with VRBO to get someone to come after 7pm to fix, and they took a long time to get the game room working. We had 5 kids with us, so what was supposed to be a relaxing time for the adults, didn't happen. While I was trying to insist that they had to come and fix the house, the host tried to patronize me and make me feel bad for complaining. I wish I could post pictures for this review, but I'll do it on google for sure. There were so many irregular things, screws from a game frame showing and with the risk of kids being hurrt, wires hanging from the bed capsule, wallpaper peeling off, Frozen room had stickers peeling off the wall... I have never been so frustrated with a rental in my life.
