The room we had was very small dirty and run down. We could barley close the bathroom door. The nob was broke on the sink. It smelled really bad the fridge didnt work the air conditioner didnt get cold. They only had one ice machine and that was broken the pool water was green. And there was roaches.

I do appreciate the early checking and paying the $35 was ok. The room was extremely horrible and disgusting room. Even though I was in a rush to shower and get a few hours of rest, the room should not be rented out for it is horrific to be in there. The bed had hair from other guests, it was dusty and dirty counter tops , the bathroom was extremely disgusting, rusty, paint falling apart. The toilet was falling apart and old, with pee or water on theseat. The sink hand did not work and water barely came out.

There was a roach that was traveling on the floor from the bed to the mini-fridge where I had put my sub sandwich and soda. The mini-fridge was dirty. The shower head was hanging on the the base by a rubber band. The shower was dirty. The police came knocking on the door that was 213 and I was in 219. The police kept driving around the parking lot. It was a nightmare!

Excellent location. However, the place is run down, water stains everywhere, dead cockroaches on the floor, all the furnishings old and rusty, electrical outlets in urgent state of repair/replace. Our rooms were dirty, noisy, could hear trucks go by all through the night. Not recommended.

The property and the areas is very dirty the supplies inside the room very dirty. Is that the reason I booked it for three days I stayed for only one night and booked another one. Because the conditions of that property is not good for people living.
