Nothing Stunning about the home
The advertisement of a "stunning refurbished" property is not accurate. It is clear some updates were likely made but most of the appliances and fixtures are old in this home. The mattresses are all old and need to be replaced. My entire family did not sleep well the whole week due to the poor quality mattresses and the bed frames in the upstairs and downstairs feel like they are going to give way due to the looseness of their structure. The kitchen cupboards are peeling due to use. The dishwasher sounds like a space rocket when running. The washer and dryer work but clearly are very old models and not efficient and that space has not been cleaned out in years. The towels on the property are cheap and therefore when washed left lint everywhere. The operators should take a hard look at who cleans their property because our downstairs bathroom toilet had not seen a proper cleaning in some time. My mom bought her own bathroom cleaner and re-cleaned her bathroom. I can appreciate how difficult it may be to own a rental property due to the variation of guest treatment to a residence, but this property is not stunning. On a positive note, the home is well-located. The pool was great. In summation, I think many more upgrades are needed for a more comfortable stay and to live up to the advertisement.
