This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home sleeps up to 6 guests and is fitted with central air conditioning, free cable TV, and WiFi throughout.

On the first floor, the queen bedroom offers easy, no-stairs access with a bathroom located just in the hallway. Head upstairs and you will find the king bedroom with its own private bathroom, perfect for parents or a couple wanting extra privacy, along with a third bedroom featuring two twin beds and its own private bathroom as well, great for kids or friends traveling together. Every bedroom comes with its own TV, and the family room offers a flat screen TV for movie nights together.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook at home, while fresh towels and linens are provided for your stay (please note washcloths are not included). Hair dryers, an iron, and ironing board are on hand, and each guest receives their own private door code for easy, secure access. Outside, unwind on the patio furniture with sun loungers. A BBQ rental is also available for an additional charge if you would like to fire up the grill during your stay.

As part of the Hidden Forest community, you will enjoy access to a shared pool, jacuzzi, gym, and playroom, all surrounded by lakes and nature trails where you might spot the Heron, a bird characteristic of the area. You are just a few meters from Cagan Crossing and US-27, with shops, gas stations, pharmacies, and a post office close by, plus Walmart, Publix, and Dollar Tree nearby for easy errands. The new West Way puts Disney just 10 minutes away, with quiet traffic and easy access to Universal and downtown Orlando via I-4 or the Turnpike through Clermont.
Free parking is provided with one assigned spot plus additional unmarked spots nearby. Trash should be placed in the plastic bin daily to keep the home clean during your stay, and while no daily housekeeping is included, the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before every check-in.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
This property is self-catering. A small starter kit is provided upon arrival, including 3 dishwasher tablets, 2 trash bags, 1 new sponge, 1 kitchen paper towel, 1 starter soap per bathroom, and 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed during their stay.
** Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property.
** Pool heating is NOT included in the rental unless specified in your rate. Please contact us to get a quote. You can still use the pool without heating, of course.
*** Pool heaters are set to 86°F prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.
