The modern, bright, open-concept living area creates an inviting space for everyone to gather after a day enjoying Orlando’s parks and attractions. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and plenty of space to prepare and share meals, while the spacious living room provides a comfortable setting for quality time with family and friends.

Entertainment is one of the home’s main highlights. Guests can enjoy movie nights without leaving the property in the private movie theater, while the game room provides another great space for fun with family and friends.

On the second floor, the themed children’s bedrooms turn bedtime into part of the experience. The Harry Potter-inspired bedroom features a bunk bed with two Full beds and a fun secret passage. The Princess-themed bedroom offers an immersive setting with a bunk bed featuring two Full beds. The Toothless-inspired bedroom features two bunk beds, for a total of four Twin beds, plus a slide.

Outside, the private pool invites you to enjoy the Florida weather and relax between adventures. The summer kitchen complements the outdoor area, providing another space to enjoy time together in the open air.

First Floor

Bedroom 1: One King bed and a bathroom with shower located next to the bedroom. Sleeps 2.

Bedroom 2 – Master Suite: One King bed and a private bathroom with shower. Sleeps 2.

Second Floor

Bedroom 3 – Suite: One King bed and a private bathroom. Sleeps 2.

Bedroom 4 – Suite: One King bed and a private bathroom. Sleeps 2.

Bedroom 5 – Harry Potter Theme: Bunk bed with two Full beds and a secret passage. Sleeps up to 4.

Bedroom 6 – Princess Theme: Bunk bed with two Full beds. Sleeps up to 4.

Walt Disney World is approximately 15 minutes away, SeaWorld approximately 25 minutes, Universal Orlando approximately 30 minutes, and Downtown Orlando approximately 30 minutes.

The Kissimmee location also provides convenient access to restaurants, outlets, shopping centers, golf courses, and many of the Orlando area’s most popular attractions.

Other Information:

Parking for single-family homes is limited to 3 cars per reservation. An additional fee of US$25 will be charged for each vehicle exceeding this limit.

Extra services must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

Pool heating is available for US$35 per day + tax, with a minimum booking of 3 days.

BBQ rental is available for US$85 per stay and includes propane refill and cleaning.
