Amenities they advertised didn’t work. We chose house for pool table. Shuffleboard table. Outside area and golden tee arcade game. When we got to the house, one of the kitchen cabinet doors was hanging off by one screw one of the kitchen drawers that was full of stuff was broken and then you couldn’t open the drawer the light outside on the patio to the pool didn’t work so we couldn’t sit out at night two of the patio chairs were broken.. one of the bathroom doors wouldn’t close I let the host know this as soon as we got there on Wednesday and I barely got a response. I went back-and-forth with someone that works for the owner and all they said they could do was try and get things fixed on Sunday. Someone came and fixed the cabin door. They did not change the light or fix the bathroom door or the kitchen drawer. The house wasn’t clean when we arrived on Wednesday.. this was the worst rental I ve ever stayed in. The host finally responded on Monday morning the day that we checked out and said because I told them I was gonna be working with Vrbo on my issues because they were not responsive. They told me to continue to do that.At this point, I really don’t have any satisfactory remedy for a five day. Stay at a property that was advertised with a bunch of amenities that didn’t work or were broken.
