No street parking

Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the guest's expense.

• Primary guest must be 25 years or older

• Maximum occupancy: 25 guests

• Only registered guests are permitted

• No parties or events

• No smoking inside the home

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Failure to comply with HOA or house rules may result in fines, eviction without refund, and additional charges where applicable.
