Horrible experience. Honestly, I debated even leaving a review, but I feel that I should warn others. Property owner does not care about tenants, bare minimum was offered within the house, I had to go to local dollar store and buy the most basic things that should be included.. Microwave was broken on arrival, then rigged so it would stay closed.. upon opening the door flung open and would no re-latch, property owner took a claim out and said I broke it. Then the A/C quit working. House got above 80 degrees. Tried several times to work with property owner, they claimed no service tech could come until my stay was over (not true), they just didn’t want to pay. Was forced to get a hotel for the remainder of my visit. Asked for a partial refund from property owner since I was no longer able to stay at their location. they originally agreed, then tried to back out. Had to get VRBO involved and it took almost 3-4 weeks to get a partial refund, and even then it wasn’t what they originally agreed to. At that point I just accepted it to move on. Even VRBO agent said they were bad and that I was in the right. Be warned though. Property offers bare minimum, property owner has terrible communication, so rent at your own risk.
