Staycation

Our stay was good because the clubhouse and water park was awesome. I was annoyed by the fact I had to message the owner for my passcode and it didn’t come automatically. there were palmetto bugs outside the unit and we found one inside( I let the owner know and he didn’t even apologize) I know they are native to Florida but I don’t have them in or around my home. The pool was a lot smaller than it seemed in pics and the pool lights didn’t work so we couldn’t swim at night. It was also annoying that the binder with all the info wasn’t specific to the unit itself and was a generalized property management info. I had to message the owner for clarification on some things. In all honesty I felt like it was pricey and didn’t meet my expectations.

Mini Vacation

The property location is very nice. The place has all the appliances you need which is a huge Plus . The bedding of the place could be a bit better besides just the cover over the beds. The sheets underneath you could see they were old and stained on some. The pillows definitely can be newer as they were completely out of shape and flat. The pull-out couch was very dirty had to vacuum it as there was cookies socks and a kid's little ball. Once the bed was pulled out the pull out part of the mattress sunk in badly it could not be slept on. The house looked clean Once you walk through, but once you officially settle down you will notice that it's not cleaned as good as it initially looked walking through as there was dirt in the corners dust on the baseboards. The checkout time is actually 10:00 a.m. and not 11:00 as it states in the Rules book that needs to be updated. I did message The Host and no response back. However the host did answer me quickly on some questions and concerns prior to my stay.

NEVER GAVE US CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS-DID NOT STAY

I booked almost two months in advanced. The day of our arrival I did not get any email confirmation or check in instructions. I messaged the property manager in the morning. No response. We started driving to Kissimmee and I called VRBO- they tried calling and messaging the property manager. No response. They said I had to wait until 4pm before they would do anything. I went to the condo and knocked on the door. It was self check in and did not have the code to get in. After 4pm I called VRBO back and they refunded my money but do you know how hard it is to find accommodations for six people? There were only two hotels available and we had to get a one bedroom hotel with one bathroom to use for six people. I would never rent from this property manager again. If they had an emergency they could have cancelled or let me know. Do not book from this property manager you may not get in and it will be very hard to find a last minute place. Bbb. in.

Great Townhome

Matteus was very responsive in answering questions. The home was just what we needed while being in town for a wedding and vacation. Very comfortable stay. Highly recommend it. The pool resort was lots of fun!

Brand New and Clean!

Our original booking had an issue and we were upgraded to this property. We were notified day of issue, but without a beat they immediately offered another rental location of a comparable size. The upgraded location was slightly further away from theme parks, but still central between Universal, Disney, and the airport.Only hiccup of checking in was the process of getting in at the gate, however rental property agent responded immediately and helped resolve issue. Found house to be super clean with ample towels and basic paper goods needed for our stay. No fault of property, but we did have neighbors who were loud and partying until 5 am. After the second night we notified the guard house and they went to investigate. They resolved the issue and we had no further issues. Found rental Management and guard house management super accommodating!

Always a great resort

The house was just as listed. The host has an international phone number so reaching him was not easy. Check in instructions are not given until about an hour before check-in which was a little unsettling when you are on a 10 hour drive worried about how to check in. Once received, check-in is easy. The only thing is that we were not told to go to the guard shack FIRST to get the parking/gate pass, so we had to drive back up there to do that after getting settled in. As I said the house was very nice, has a high chair and playpen for the babies. We noticed some wall damage in one of the bathrooms but i did inform the host that it was like that before we arrived.it looked like a towel bar had been torn down and left a hole in the wall. The two lounge chairs by the pool are extremely hard and uncomfortable but not a deal breaker because this house is a short walk to the club house. The clubhouse is where my teenager spent most of his time. Overall my family loves the resort and will be going back next summer, hopefully getting a bigger house and staying longer.

Plenty of space for a family. The guard gate was always busy, so there was always a line to get in. One side of the property was always nice and cool, while the other side was noticeably warmer, but bearable. The place is a little bit dated and could probably use a refresh. Great parking, clean, safe and very spacious. The pool light didn't work, the patio loungers were broken and the fan in two of the bedrooms made a considerable amount of noise. The twin beds squeaked with the slightest bit of movement and the double beds were a little bit too soft. Just a few minor fixes and this place would be a 10, but in it's current state I would give it an 8 rating.

Family trip to orlando

The property is as shown and described in the posting - amenities as described and easy to find and get to. Property manager was very responsive to our questions. Location was perfect for access to the parks, shopping and restaurants. There are 3 full bathrooms : 1 master (queen) + ensuite upstairs, 2 bedrooms (both 2 singles) shared bathroom upstairs, 1 double bed and full bathroom downstairs. As noted in the posting, there wasn’t anything food wise in condo (our other property rentals have leftovers of condiments, coffee, liners, etc) and limited toiletries so if staying more than 3 days using all three bathrooms you will have to replace toiletries, dishwasher and laundry soap. The beds were a bit soft for our liking. There were some other smaller issues (drains/kitchen floor) I mentioned to the property manager directly so hopefully will be addressed. Access to the resort pool, water slide, lazy river, bar, basketball court (10 min walk from villa) was a bonus ! Would recommend staying here - especially if you have a large group. Thank you for letting us stay at your villa !
