Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

The space
Four bedrooms sleep up to 12 guests comfortably. The primary suite features a king bed, 40" Roku Smart TV, ceiling fan with remote, direct pool and spa access, and an ensuite with a bidet and soaking tub. The second master ensuite has a king bed, Roku Smart TV, and ceiling fan. Bedroom three offers a queen bed, Roku Smart TV, and ceiling fan, while bedroom four has a full-over-full bunk bed, Smart TV, and ceiling fan. The main family room adds two queen memory foam pull-out sofas and a 65" Roku Smart TV - giving you flexible sleeping arrangements and a central gathering spot for evening wind-downs.

Outdoor living
Step out back and the pace immediately shifts. The private pool is available year-round, open 24 hours, and stocked with pool toys - and if you want the water warm, spa heating is available for an additional fee. Sun loungers, a hammock, an outdoor dining area, and a gas BBQ grill round out a backyard that earns its keep from morning coffee to late-night cookouts. Free resort access is also included, giving guests use of nearby gym, tennis, and volleyball facilities at no extra resort fee.

Game room & entertainment
The air-conditioned game room is ready for any weather - inside you'll find arcade games, a pool table, a ping pong table, life-size games, and a Roku Smart TV. It's the kind of space that keeps guests of all ages entertained without anyone needing to coordinate. Every bedroom is fitted with a smart TV, and across the home you have access to Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Apple TV, HBO Max, Amazon Prime Video, and more. An Ethernet connection is also available for those who need a reliable wired connection.

The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from early theme park breakfasts to full family dinners. A Whirlpool stainless steel electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, blender, toaster, baking sheet, and a complete set of cookware and utensils are all at your disposal. A Keurig and drip coffee maker keep mornings on schedule, and the dining table brings the whole group together. Take meals poolside when the mood calls for it.

Families traveling with young children will find the home well prepared - a crib, pack 'n play, standalone high chair, baby bath, children's dinnerware, board games, children's books and toys, a dedicated indoor children's playroom, and an outdoor playground are all included. Good to know
This is a pet-friendly property. Breakfast is provided. The home is single-level with no stairs. Exterior security cameras are located at the front and back of the property - none face any interior area. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are fitted throughout.
