The Space:

You step onto a quiet, tree‑lined street in College Park and feel the gentle Orlando breeze as the sun filters through the canopy. Inside, natural light pours through large windows, highlighting the calm, modern vibe of the tiny home. After a day of theme parks or downtown exploring, you unwind on the fenced patio under soft string lights. Mornings begin with coffee at the countertop, the city just a short drive away.



Sleeping arrangements

The home offers one bedroom with one bed, comfortably accommodating up to three guests. Bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided for a restful night.



Bathroom & laundry

A renovated bathroom supplies fresh towels and bathroom essentials. A free washer and dryer sit in‑unit, making longer stays convenient.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen includes a coffee maker, stove, refrigerator, and all the basics needed to prepare meals. Bar‑height seating at the countertop creates a simple spot for dining, working, or planning the day ahead.



Living area

The open‑plan living space connects seamlessly to the kitchen and dining area. Air conditioning keeps the interior comfortable, and a Smart TV with streaming services offers relaxed evenings.



Outdoor living

Step outside to a private, fully fenced backyard that feels like a small retreat. The patio is set up for outdoor dining, perfect for enjoying mild Orlando weather during the day or quieter evenings under the string lights.

Nestled in College Park, the home is close to Winter Park Village, downtown Orlando, and cultural spots such as the Science Center and Museum of Art. Disney World, Universal Studios, and a variety of restaurants and breweries are within an easy drive, while the neighborhood’s tree‑lined streets provide a relaxed backdrop for daily strolls.



Access & extras

You’ll enter through a private entrance with self‑check‑in via smart lock. Free parking is available on the premises as well as on the street. Wi‑Fi and a dedicated workspace in a common area support work or planning, and the single‑level layout ensures easy movement throughout the space.

Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.

We live on-site in the main house. We like to offer guests full privacy, however readily available to answer any questions and/or offer recommendations.
