Excellent Home Terrible Resort

The home was excellent and beautiful. The property is managed by Vilatel and the property is in the Sortel Resort community. Sortel manages the security gate and waterpark and pool area. We ran into multiple issues getting guests added to the list for entry which caused multiple calls to Vilatel who was not forwarding the information to Sortel. Guests were confused and it was frustrating. Vilatel maintenance staff responded promptly to multiple small issues that were fixed right away. The home is beautiful and the kids had a ton of fun with plenty to do at night.

Family vacation 2024

Overall stay was good. The house was absolutely beautiful and clean. It wasn’t ready at checkin time but that was okay. There were a couple of issues but they were handled in a timely manner. I will definitely come back for my next Florida stay and I highly recommend this vacation home to anyone with a family that enjoys games, karaoke, swimming, bowling, and peace along with fun.

Overall - Play, Play, Play, Repair

The house amenities were great for all. The game rooms and pool were like an amusement park. We did have some problems - it took 4 phone calls over a five hour period to finally get the upstairs air-conditioning working properly. The next day we had problems with the downstairs air conditioning, follow by more problems the day after that. We had other maintenance issues which were promptly addressed and resolved, but I felt like a field supervisor on a job site. It also made me feel like a nuisance - constantly calling. Great home, great amenities, but please leave more than two small sample bottles of dish detergent. Please leave some cleaning supplies - Windex, 409, an extra roll or two of paper towels. Other than the maintenance issues and traffic on I-4, a memorable occasion.

Excellent fun features!

I had always wanted to have my holidays in a spacious home with all the fun features; these guys literally heard my cries. These homes come with an all-to-yourself swimming pool, arcade games set, and the most adorable furniture. I will book this villa again

Multiple relaxation areas!

The best part about this place for me is the serene environment. Even with the ongoing construction of new units, I can still bring my work on holiday. The homes have multiple relaxation areas with tables that I can comfortably work on, that’s why we come here every year.

Perfect theme room for kids!

Having visited this place 3 times, I should be fed up but honestly, the swimming pool and themed rooms are the perfect draw for a guy like me, I’m going back. This place was built with fun and love in the mix-the place is simply magnificent.

Unmatchable beauty

This grand villa has an unmatchable beauty. The Solterra resort was so beautiful. This place has a very positive vibe. The people from the community are very nice and humble. It’s a very peaceful resort, even though more units are under construction but it won’t ruin your peace. I loved the themed rooms and integration of this house.

I have a habit of surveying before booking a resort for a stay. While booking, I read the reviews of this resort and I was amazed to see the positive feedback, so, I booked it. This place is the same as it appears in pictures. Everything I heard of this place turned out to be true. This villa is a full package of entertainment. I am so satisfied with my luxurious stay.

Loved my stay!

This villa can promise you different views in the sunlight and the dark light. You can easily go out by simply locking your house. The Solterra resort is so beautiful. It has tall palm trees, a waterfall, a water slide, and a delightful view. This house is simple from the outside and luxurious from the inside. I loved my stay there.

Comfortable home!

This was the most beautiful house I ever booked for our stay. It was a very comfortable, refreshing, and memorable stay. We had a very fun experience with the themed bedrooms, arcade room, and theater. I would love to give extra appreciation for maintaining discipline and peace. Beautiful theme rooms!

This is a perfect place for a family trip. My kids fell in love with their themed rooms. My younger one used to lay all day on his rocket-themed bed. The themed rooms itself is an entertaining spot for kids. It had slides and beautiful textures on the walls. I loved how they built this place with such affection and care. From the outside view to the inner interior everything was so beautifully constructed.

Super Neat and spacious !

This house was just as advertised. All the amenities were super neat and the rooms were very spacious. We had four families of 8 adults and 8 children this time but there was plenty of space for everybody. Whether you wanted to play board games or relax in the pool, you were well covered.

loving the theme room

My son was four when I took them here; he loved the superhero pictures and themes in his room. The place is an all-around holiday space with an indoor swimming pool, a gaming room, and an indoor sports area. I noticed the construction of new units, my wife suggested we try them out and I said, oh yeah.

Fully equipped house

When we arrived, the first thing I noticed was the in-house gym, fully equipped with a treadmill, balance balls, and a fitness bike. The living room was spacious and professionally painted; the colors kind of brought the outside, inside. The kids want to go back next year and I can’t agree more.

Lovely furniture

There are so many units, and they are building more. The construction should not be a cause for concern since the walls are well soundproofed. The interior colors offered the perfect ct setting for a family photoshoot; they blend perfectly with the furniture.
