We appreciate your feedback, both positive and negative, as it helps us to identify areas where we can improve.We are pleased to hear that you found our rooms to be modern and well-equipped, and that our staff was friendly and helpful. We also understand your concerns about the price, the lack of breakfast, the stiff blinds, the lack of a shuttle to Universal Studios, and the broken spinning bike in the gym.We are currently working on a number of initiatives to address your concerns. For example, we have already begun renovations to update our blinds and make them easier to open and close. We are also in the process of purchasing a new spinning bike for the gym.We understand that the price of our rooms may be higher than some other hotels in the area. However, we believe that our rooms and amenities are worth the price. We regret that we do not currently offer a shuttle to Universal Studios. However, there are a number of other transportation options available, such as Uber, Lyft, and public transportation.We hope that you will consider staying with us again in the future. My sincere apologies regarding your issues pertaining to your housekeeping service. The hotel is fully staffed and that is not an issue although it is our policy to service each stayover every 3rd day or you can request it the evening prior to the day of your requested service. I will certainly research this to find out why the room was not serviced as requested. I hope you will give us another opportunity during your next visit to Orlando so that we can make your stay a memorable one.
