Hotel Orondo

« Most of our stay no staff was available. So many things did not work in our room. The microwave has a horrible squeal, fireplace had gas turned off and did not work. Our shower would only pull half water out the shower and the other half in the tub. I let them know that on day 1 and nothing was done. I have video and photos. Also, no hot tub. This was a Christmas gift to each other. Our stay was under welming. »

« It is a budget-friendly property with a pool/hot tub and breakfast included. What initially attracted me was that the hotel is new. Our room was on the first floor with a car wash view next to it and pool . It already felt likely that a chlorine smell could come into the room. « Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. les chambres sont propres, mais datées. le lit est très bien. il manque 2 chaises pour que l'on puisse s'asseoir ailleurs que sur le lit pour prendre le petit déjeuner. sinon, il y a une cafetière, micro ondes et petit réfrigérateur. des glaçons sont à disposition à l'accueil. il manque un sèche cheveux. la personne à l'accueil est très souriante et disponible. »

« This is always our favorite place to stay. From the moment we walk thru the door with our little furbaby we are all greeted with smiles & above and beyond customer service. From a fast check-in, to a free room upgrade- this hotel makes your stay cozy and relaxing. Breakfast is delicious. Hot eggs, biscuits & gravy, waffles, oatmeal with all the fixins, and much more... « No hot water in the evening, not more in the morning! hot tub not working! The person at the frontdesk tried to help but was alone to deal with an almost full hotel! Management puts no ressources, change business if you can't run a big hotel! »
