Gute Lage mit perfekter Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Nähe Oper und Munck-Museum ist das Hotel zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Auch die Anreise vom Flughafen mittels der Bahn und dann 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hotel. Neues Stadtviertel entsteht rund um das Hotel und bietet gute Möglichkeiten für Shopping und Essen.

Das Zimmer zur Strasse hinaus ist ziemlich laut, vor allem wegen den Tram‘s! Das Frühstücksbuffet ist unglaublich reichhaltig. Es waren zwar immer sehr viele Personen anwesend, aber es fehlte nie an irgendetwas! Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen (Bahnhof, Innenstadt, Fjord).

Nordisch schön mit grossem Frühstücksbuffet
Das Hotel ist schön eingerichtet. Die Zimmer generell sauber, jedoch dürfte der Roomservice etwas besser sein. Dafür entschädigt das grandiose Frühstücksbuffet den Makel. Alles in allem eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Gerne wieder als Gast dort.

All the staff was super friendly and helpful. the room was beautiful and clean, the bed was unbelievably comfy. the breakfast was excellent and had a huge variety. the hotel in general was just beautiful the gym was really good and the restaurant was amazing and had delicious food. the location of the hotel was really good, right near the opera house!! i cannot fault this hotel at all and i will definitely be back

Hyggelig hotell! God service og pent rom
Rask å smidig møte med resepsjon når vi kom til hotellet. Fikk ikke info om hvor og når frokosten var, men det fant vi ut selv. Rommet vi fikk først var kaldt (vindu stod oppe) og badet hadde en merkelig lukt. Når vi tittet på sengetøyet var dette skittent. Det var ikke bra! Når vi sa i fra til resepsjonisten som het (Anna Maria??) møtte vi en svært hyggelig og god service. Vi fikk et nytt rom, med oppgradering. Dette syns vi var hyggelig! Det nye rommet vi fikk var litt større, og holdt en mye bedre standard enn det vi opprinnelig hadde! Møtet i frokostsalen dagen etter var svært hyggelig. Veldig imøtekomme personale og det var til og med live pianomusikk. Eneste vi har å utsette var at hodeputene kunne vært litt bedre og om du ikke liker bylyd, så er ikke rom mot gata med trikk og annen lyd. Dette plaget ikke oss! Kommer vi tilbake? Ja! Riktig god jul og et godt nytt år!
