„very good support from the hotel relationship manager due to lost passport!“

„One of the best hotels we stayed in during our china trip this year. Beautifully designed & very clean and spacious rooms. All areas are huge and bright and spacious. Loved every bit of it and will be back. Only thing that could be improved is the English skills of most staff, unfortunately only very few spoke English“

„Beautifully designed hotel but maintenance and cleanliness is an issue. Water pressure is too low, no hooks for towels, bathroom is too dark. The hotel staff needs to learn to deal with international customers as no one spoke to me in English. All in all good but many issues…“

„Clean hotel, close to landmarks to visit, simple quite hotel, good stay“
