The apartment has ample space and was comfortable for the four of us.The only negative was the access to the stairs. It had rained the day of our arrival and the path to the stairs was a muddy mess. »

« It was a wonderful apartment to stay in. The owners were even nice to put a rollaway bed in for our little boy. It was nice and clean. The air conditioner worked fantastic. It’s also decently close to Paintsville and Prestonsburg, which was a plus. »

« Sadly, this property didn't live up to how it was presented online. When we got there, we were surprised to find that the property wasn't a house but rather a converted former college faculty housing unit (this is problematic because we travel with our dogs). The housing unit sits on the former Sue Bennett College campus and some of the buildings are vacant and run down.
