« We were looking for a place to stay while visiting our family in the area. This home provided a serene setting. It is located down an open range road, but is next to the owners own home. There is a lot of wildlife, which we liked to see. It is smaller in size with one big room, but very clean and very comfortable. It had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was great. We would definitely stay here again! »

« We went to Fort Sumner just for one night to attend our cousin’s funeral service. My sister and brother-in-law met us there. We all found the house to be extremely clean and very pleasant. Our only complaint would be that it claimed to sleep 5 people, but there were only 3 bath towels. There were also no kitchen wash rags to clean up dishes and counters. Those would be a big plus. Other than that, no other issues. We will return. Thanks! »
