« Having arrived at the hotel, we were excited as this was a very anticipated part of our vacation visiting the Smoky Mountains. Upon entering, we were subjected to a large number of people attending a Bible retreat. The entire hotel was taken over by a hundred teens that were extremely loud and very disruptive. We had to contact the front desk several times to have security to assist - it was after 11 o’clock each night that they were running around the hallways. Also, we were not aware of one...
