„This place is an absolutely tranquil hideawayThe hosts were wonderfully responsive, thoughtful, and made sure everything was just perfect. The well laid out space had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for peace & comfort!“

„A clean and well-stocked flat in a very convenient location. Great appliances that all worked. A clean, comfortable bed and comfortable sitting area. Possibly the best VRBO we have encountered. If we had to point out limitations we would say the shower is a little small and it was odd that there were only 3 dinner forks but both would be a little nit-picky considering the overall quality of the flat!“

„Fantastic shower,2 adjoining bedrooms with a sitting room and mini kitchen.Perfect for our requirements. Would go again without hesitation.“

„Very clean and simple, perfect for what we needed, ...comms were also really good and simple...particularly liked that the heating was on and place was warm when we arrived...excellent “

„Old Carriage House converted into a wonderful apartment. We loved the location of this stay. We were just a short walk down from Colchester Castle and High Street, where we could find a wide range of pubs, restaurants, and shops. The city centre train station was just a short walk away as well. Thank you to our host for the awesome check-in and also for the lift to the "other" train station for our trip back into London. If we are ever in the Colchester area again, we will definitely stay ...

„Once i'd read and checked the local area the check-in was fine. Flat is nice, maybe more spacious than it looks. Well stocked kitchen with cooked, air fryer, kettle, coffee maker etc. Also had coffee pods, tea, sugar and dried milk. Nice TV. Well stocked bathroom. All in all, a good flat. Decent location too. Enjoyed it - much better than hotels“

„The property is small and cozy as described, facilities are tidy and clean. We couldn’t receive the check-in instructions until we call at check-in time, the problem is solved quickly. A reminder that the toilet door is a reused old front door, that means when you lock it, you should lift the handle up first and then turn the button. The shower door needs a bit hard push to lock and avoid water came out. Overall is satisfactory! If a mirror added inside door the wardrobe, it would be ...

„Very comfortable room, clean, spacious and bright. Lovely decor and furnishings.“

„It started badly when, upon entering the room, there was a smell of cigarette smoke. Clearly, the room should have been decommissioned until it could be properly cleaned and fumigated. As the property operates on an automated basis (the key is retrieved from a key safe with a code supplied by email), there was no receptionist on duty. Luckily, we managed to find a helpful cleaner who was still on the premises, who was able to arrange for an alternative room. Although better, the room did not ...

„We stayed in the apartment to visit the Warner Bros Studios, as well as Windsor and Chenies Manor. Perfect location for these kinds of day trips.Apartment is beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. The communication of the owner could be a bit more proactive, especially on how check in works, but response time was very quick. “
