„Great week in Maushop Village. This is the fourth different unit we’ve stayed in, and definitely the best location so far. Right across from the stairs to the beach, and a 2 min walk with the wagon down the path to the beach. The grassy area next door was also great for kids to play, and the road loop around the unit is quiet enough for bikes and scooters. The unit was clean and quiet, and worked well for two adults and two kids. Thanks for the 2025 Maushop beach memories!“

„Hello Paul: We had a wonderful stay in your home in Brewster. Enjoyed all the attributes that Brewster and the surrounding area have to offer. Thank you for the DOT book and library. Very fun to peruse. Knowing you have just gone through a very impressive renovation, I have a few comments that may help in further improvements which I am sure you are aware. „Location and value could not have been beat.. With no more than a 1-2 minute walk to the beach.. The unit was clean and tidy when we arrived.. It had everything we needed and more. The host is extremely responsive and helpful..Now for the slight nuances, the place slightly loud if you have loud neighbours, but nothing that turning on the ac can't help to drown out the noise,I would definitely come back here, the price is unbeatable“

„The check in was simple, with a code for the lockbox. The cottage was clean and had all we needed. It was great to have newer appliances, such as washer/dryer, and dishwasher. The water pressure was great. We were just a few steps back from the beach, and the sunsets and sun rises were incredible. The minor negatives were a loud a/c (although we were relieved to have that this week!), and a mattress that was a little soft for this old body. All in all, we loved it and hope to return next year!! “
