« If the weather forecast says it is raining in Bologna on the day you come, do NOT book a stay here. The key to the apartment is delivered to you by a person (it is not a keybox). This person is not allowed to use electric bike in the rain (no insurance, was the reason). The result for our stay was that we waited for 2 hours for the rain to stop, outside the entrance of the apartment. « The house itself was really nice. Despite it being located on the ground floor, we had sufficient privacy. House felt big enough for 5 people. We loved the interior and the location wasn't too far for it to be an inconvenience. However, I felt that there was a lack of communication, particularly when I tried to contact the owner regarding tourist tax application. There was no reply so we had to figure it out ourselves.
