Otricoli 2 week stay at the Torre
Amazing location in the heart of the best Italian countryside we have come across. An easy walk to local restaurants and short drive to larger supermarkets. The local festival at the time of our visit added to the authenticity of the area with a splendid firework display at the end of the day. The multiple staircases in the property was a bit of a challenge for one of family members but everything else was as we expected. Bedroom window views were postcard worthy and the very large grounds, including, the pool are well looked after. The property has all you need and was clean and tidy with a mid-week bed linen change too. Any maintenance issues were dealt with swiftly. A great place to use as a base to visit other areas too including Rome via the Orte station; Assisi, Marmouth falls and Orvieto. The property itself is steeped in history and has had some interesting visitors from centuries past. Our family party from 7 months old to 63 years all enjoyed our holiday and would recommend it.
