« Clean and comfy »

« Never again AVID. The room was extremely small…no closet, not a single drawer, no place to put luggage. Had 3 hangers for clothing and hooks on the wall to hang them. The breakfast had few options. But worst of all we had to track down a luggage cart. Found 3 on the second floor. The desk clerk seemed uninterested in providing us a cart. »

« The hotel was perfect for our weekend of skiing at Cascade. We look forward to visiting again in the future. »

« Hotel very clean, staff was good! We were there for cheerleading competition. The hotel was a little noisy at night because of the kids but it was still good. The kids was there for another event. I will stay again when I come back. »

« Close to all attractions. Loved the little store for small conveniences and thought it was reasonably priced. Staff was very accommodating!! Comfy beds!! :) »

« Very kid oriented. Children running the halls, dung dong ditching doors until well after midnight. Kids running and stomping at all hours of the night. Pool was fine. Soooo chlorinated that it burns your eyes in the hot tub. Very loud. But I get it. Rooms were fine. Clean. Beds sucked. Literally have a bruise on my hip from sleeping on my side. Between the kids running and stomping all night and the subpar beds..... Not a great night sleep. Rate was good. Breakfast was good...

« Hôtel agréable, Personnel sympathique, à côté des animations de Wisconsin Dells ( 5 minutes en voiture) Piscine pas très propre: Dommage Bon petit déjeuner. Chambre spacieuse, bonne literie et ménage fait tous les jours. »

« When I arrived check in service was easy and fast, they offered two elevators but unfortunately one was out. The room was clean but I hated the bed blanket felt more like couch covers. Bed where kinda of hard to, the indoor pools where pretty decent kids definitely enjoyed that. WiFi connection was terrible doesn’t make since to have free WiFi if it doesn’t work. Overall everything was decent. »

« Beyond old and not kept up. Mold in the bathroom, mattresses and pillows were so used and uncomfortable. Reeked of cigarettes and weed. Our friends found bugs in their room. If we could have moved we would have. Felt horrible for the one guy working »
