« We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely give this property 5 stars!The location is fantastic for the Overgaard/Heber area — convenient, peaceful, and a great home base for exploring the area. The property itself was exceptionally clean (and I mean really clean!), which we greatly appreciated.We used the home as a combination work and vacation getaway, and it was perfect for both. The internet speed was excellent, and there was plenty of space to comfortably work during the day and relax...

« Awesome cozy cabin for 2. Actually very spacious. Easy check-in and check-out and great communication with host thru the VRBO app. Great location in Heber/Overgaard, just off the main highway. Low traffic noise, especially in evenings.

« Bedroom #2 had a stain of some sort on the sheets. Our guests moved to the other room. The cabinet over the refrigerator in the kitchen is falling off the wall. Ice maker in the refrigerator not working. The couch facing the TV wall on the far left feels like it’s about to fall apart. It’s a nice spot and location was great. Needs a little TLC. Somewhat pricy for the overall condition of the property. »
