« Parking was easy, there is plenty of room and ample spaces. Staff was friendly and professional. Room temperature was adjustable and comfortable. The room was not well cleaned. « Unfortunately, our room was not as clean as expected. It wasn't filthy, but there was food debris in the sink drain, crumbs in the drawers, and hair in the shower. My bigger concern was a water leak in one of our rooms (Room 120). It appeared to be an ongoing issue rather than something that had just occurred. « Very clean room, super nice staff. The breakfast was top notch (try the lemon or churro flavored waffles, they were outstanding!) It’s a nice quiet hotel and I felt very comfortable there. When I visit my family in East Lansing, I will definitely be coming back to this hotel. »

« I would compare this to a Days Inn or Super 8 motel. The staff was very nice. My room was clean. The bed was as comfortable as my bed at home. There was a very comfortable large chair and stool. I spent 14 days here visiting relatives and enjoyed my stay. I would recommend this motel. »

Staff was great My room door sticks to the floor so it was difficult to open (440) Not enough towels...I needed to grab towels everyday Room Service kept room neat Many homeless in the area by the door. It made it a little uncomfortable I dont agree with $15 a day for parking I didnt like the freight trains running all day and night »
