« I had booked my room several months in advance, but when I asked the hotel if it was possible to move my stay to the following night, they refused because I hadn’t chosen a flexible or refundable rate. A small gesture of goodwill would have been appreciated, but apparently that’s not part of the hotel’s policy. « I was charged for my stay at the hotel after I strongly told them that everything was prepaid. The front desk person was rude and did not seem to care. I had to call expedia for the hotel to refund me. Breakfast was terrible with barely any choice. Scrambled eggs, sausage, no toast with a jit of yogourt. « We were out for 1 day and needed a clean comfortable room. The bed was huge and me and my wife slept like babies. The TV was also awesome as we had a wide selection of shows and channels to watch as we settled in. Kim was very sweet and got us checked in and in our room, super-fast. I would certainly go back. »

« Some negative reviews were not our experience at all. Our room was nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable. The linens were of good qualitive, Breakfast was ample and well-presented. The staff was pleasant and responsive. Other guests were amiable. Ours was a fine experience. »

« Great place, friendly staff, centrally located in the town, and just a few blocks from the Schuylkill River Trail, which extends all the way to Philadelphia. However, there is a bar across the street that played loudly until 2:30 a.m. when I stayed there on a recent Friday evening and I could feel the bass, so perhaps request a room further back from the street. Also, plan to eat at a breakfast cafe as the breakfast offered is just granola bars and coffee. »
