Malheureusement il n'y a pas de parking disponible et les voitures de location ne peuvent pas se parquer dans la rue. Bémol supplémentaire, quand nous sommes arrivés, il n'y avait pas de papier de toilette, ni sel, ni poivre, ni thé, ni café, avec seul 1 sac poubelle et une tablette pour la machine à laver la vaisselle. J'aurais préféré payer 10 livres de plus et pouvoir...

« Nderim was fantastic at communicating and we had a great weekend. The house is huge and was perfect for 6 friends. Every room was a good one and the many bathrooms was so handy. The open plan area and under floor heating was wonderful. 15 minutes into town with Uber at about 19. Couldnt have been cosier! Thank you »

« Had a lovely stay at Windsor cottage. Well presented, great amenities and the most comfortable bed in the master bedroom. Slept like a log! Ate out in local restaurants, which were lovely especially Alberto’s Italy. There are a couple of free parking areas in town 5-10 minutes away. « The first house we were supposed to stay in looked great however it had no internet. With one pre teen and a teenager this is very much a deal breaker. They offered us a similar house but not quite as big. All was good. Then we woke up on the first morning to find ants in the kitchen, they'd got into some of the food we bought. As compensation we were offered a 100 credit and a game of bowling.Most of the staff were great. »

« We stayed for one night and loved it! The apartment is new, spotless, and in an excellent location. We really appreciated the free parking, as well as the thoughtful touches like tea, coffee, and all the kitchen utensils we needed. The beds were very comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. Our only suggestion would be to have a few extra pillows, but overall it was a wonderful stay and we’d happily come back! »

"2nd sĂ©jour dans cet hĂŽtel : impossible de couper le chauffage au niveau de l'hĂŽtel. Le personnel a tout tentĂ© en vain. Soit nous acceptons de dormir Ă  30 °C soit on nous propose une 2nd chambre avec le mĂȘme problĂšme mais la climatisation allumĂ©e... une absurditĂ© Ă©cologique. Il faut revoir le systĂšme de chauffage de l'hĂŽtel. L'hĂŽtel commence Ă  laisser apercevoir des infrastructures vieillissantes (exemple : odeur de moisissure dans la partie piscine spa) L'alarme incendie doit ĂȘtre revu pour Ă©viter une 2e Ă©vacuation de l'ensemble de l'hĂŽtel Ă  4h du matin et de dĂ©placer les pompiers inutilement. Par ailleurs attention : les enfants ne sont acceptĂ©s que sur 2 crĂ©neaux de 2 heures (inutile de penser faire un sĂ©jour avec un enfant...) Points positifs : le personnel ! Merci Ă  Libby notamment qui a tout fait pour nous. Le petit dĂ©jeuner est trĂšs bien. L'hĂŽtel mĂ©rite des investissements pour garder ce cadre si magnifique"
