« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »
« We were attending a wedding 20 miles from hotel. They “offered” us a late check out so we could come back and change for the wedding. After we were 20 miles away we were informed by text that we would have to pay $50 for the extra 2 hours! We had to make a quick trip back to check out and get our belongings. If we were told this upfront it would have saved us this trip. After the initial offer for a FREE late check out, they should NOT have tried to get another $50 from us. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!...
« Property was very nice and clean, even with the smoking in the casino. It was probably the cleanest casino I’ve been in and had enough to keep us busy for the weekend. Red Oak Steakhouse was amazing, good ambience and delicious food. Sports bar was ok and the buffet was so-so with a lot of unused space on it, which was surprising. The room was spacious and comfy with a view of the forest, very pretty and peaceful. Room showed a little wear but was very clean. Bed could have a little less motion...
