« We had an amazing room with a terrace near the huge Christmas Tree in the center of the Landings. Also, I can back to the room after cleaning and found one of my earrings on the bathroom counter. I didn't even know I had lost it. I was thrilled to have staff that goes the extra mile. I told the hotel front desk staff about my earring and left a reward for the diligent housekeeper. »

« Rien à redire sur cet hôtel sauf qu'on nous charge 10$ us en plus du prix de la chambre; 5$ pour frais de service et 5$ pour un rabais dans les restaurants du casino... on nous donne un coupon rabais à notre arrivé de 5$ et qu'on l'utilise ou non on nous le charge quand on check-out... ce n'est pas un cadeau c'est un frais obligatoire et caché...pas correct! »

« Yes the room was clean there were four elevators and loads of busses traffic was a little crowded for a very short time while loading and off loading elevators. Pool was small 1 at 3 f then opened out door to I think 5!fr and warm. You don’t shiver in the pool and the hot tub was small but very nice jets had power the bar was great and the resturwnt was good staff was helpful »

« The outside looks run down but the rooms are smoke free and super clean which is what I am most concerned about when checking in. I did not have breakfast but it looked like what was typically offered at hotels »

« Our room was wonderful, very clean, and expertly prepared. The front desk staff was outstanding; very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The overall experience was excellent -- our room was very quiet and comfortable. For future short visits to the Lake, we'll stay at the Lodge again; for longer ones, we may rent one of the villa. »

« Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the place. Easy check in and staff was excellent. Breakfast was really good. Not a fan of the pancake maker. Room amenities were superb. Will be staying with them again. »

« Dommage que les voisins de l’étage supérieur avaient le pas un peu lourd car cela s’entend énormément ! Mais aucun souci avec les chambres voisines Un excellent accueil et du personnel extrêmement sympathique »
